I would highly recommend Curchods Guildford. Selling a property is a complex process involving managing and translating those conversations between the seller, the buyer and solicitors. The estate agent plays a vital part of this negotiation and people management to help things go smoothly. I would much prefer to use a bricks and mortar agent over an online model to help take the sales management off the seller's hands.
