18th Jun 2022 (2 years ago)Wanted to view a few let properties. Was called and was told someone would get back to me after asking if I had pets and they never did. The property was advertised falsely too upon speaking with the agent.

17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

From start to finish in my aunts search for her new home, and then the purchase, they were so helpful. Very professional, and approachable. Hands down, Simms Williams in Arundel, is the only Estate Agents people should use to buy or sell in this area. Thank you and Merry Christmas to you all.

4th Sep 2024 (19 weeks ago)Barringtons provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Tim and Nigel know the local market and are both attentive and supportive. My house sold in just over 3 weeks thanks to their expertise, marketing and showing the house personally. This was in a rather slow market, so was impressive. Its the personal touch that I believe makes a difference, instilling trust in both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them.

30th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)I have no hesitation in recommending RH and RW Clutton. They were always there to answer queries and guided me through my house sale. They were extremely Covid aware and their protocols were excellent. It’s safe to say mine was not an easy sale, but they never gave up or lost interest. Moving house is a costly business but I most certainly did not begrudge paying them their commission as they well and truly earned it. Thank you so much Peter and Pippa.

Requested maintenance and repairs were always acted upon within hours with reliable trades-people. They are nice people and I thoroughly recommend them
22nd Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Letting with Hamilton and Graham was a smooth and positive experience. We let with them for 2 years and during this time they were always lovely to speak to, prompt with resolutions and kept in contact when needed. Overall would highly recommend them as an estate agents for anyone looking to let in the area. Thank you to Yasmin and everyone for all of their support over the last 2 years.
1st Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)Avoid. Although staff were always polite, overall they did not provide a very high level of customer service. Storrington branch was often unmanned, prospective viewers had to go out of their way to arrange a viewing. Feedback from viewings was slow or non existent. The manager left and we were not informed. The Steyning branch manager was too busy to help us when our offer letter was delayed! Emily from Worthing branch, was always extremely helpful. Thank you Emily!
21st Oct 2020 (4 years ago)Initially sold our house in 48hours, then lost our buyer and had 56 viewings in 4 weeks. Woodlands have been great, stayed positive when we were fed up and have been easy to work with. Highly recommended

Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

They liaised constantly with other agents in the chain as well as with our solicitor. They kept us thoroughly informed at every stage. The advice and guidance we received was always sound and they provided it with complete honesty and integrity. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
4th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.

2nd Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)Outstanding service. A long and difficult chain and Strutt and Parker were on the ball at every twist and turn chasing and chasing. To the extent that they became the primary source of information to many of the buyers in the chain. Big shout out to India and Tim. I have had a few estate agents in my time, but none anywhere close to Strutts
