6th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.

When we intially looked a listing our property we got quotes from a few different local EAs but Greys came out on top, and they didn't dissappoint. The team were very knowledgable, trustworthy and all round good at what they do. Based on the advise from Chris and his confidence in our property we listed for 10k more then another EA suggested we should start at. Chris clearly knows his stuff as our house sold pretty quickly and even after deducting their reasonable (compared to other EAs quotes) fees we came away with more money than another estate agent told us to start at!<br><br>Thank you all, we will certainly be recommending you to our friends and family.
