Cannot fault abode for their professionalism, communication and getting the viewers in to view the house. Always kept us informed on any little matter, viewings and feedback . So pleased we decided to go with abode. Would not hesitate in recommending abode to anyone wanting to sell , buy or rent.

18th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)They were my buyers agents, so selling the house a step down the chain. However my agents were just terrible! These guys did a brill job of chasing information that wasn’t being passed to them. To the point that I had to call round branches untill I found them and supply the information directly. After that they became my first call for up dates on how the chain was progressing as my agents didn’t have a clue!!! I’ll be using them next time!

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

30th May 2026 (19 days ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.

Despite numerous challenges that were no fault of hers, Vicky remained positive and professional at all times. She was upbeat, solution focussed and never once lost heart or patience with me. You only find out how good someone is when they come up against a problem and I can tell you - Vicky and the team at Maynard’s are absolutely first class!
