Not a very nice mortage adviser. Was not empathic of our situation and was constantly looking at the negative side of our situation. Did not give us an alternative choice like other esate agents would suggest. If you want to be a mortage advisor you want your service users to feel happy when they leave but when going to connels for mortage advise we felt disheartened. Never using connels for esate agency. I feel like they did not go above and beyond like a estate agent should as that's there job. Maybe others had a good experience but I can say we did not have a good experience.
