Julie was an absolute pleasure to deal with; she was polite, friendly, reassuring and persistent. She encompasses everything you need from an estate agent. We hope to not need an estate agent again for a long time but wouldn't hesitate to use Cartwright Hands if we did. Highly recommended.
10th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)Unfortunately Shortland Horne had my property on their books for 19 weeks and only managed to secure 2 viewings in that time frame One of those viewings was a buyer that could only offer £30k below the asking price due to mortgage restrictions I was advised to reduce the price by £10k but this still didn't yeld viewings or offers despite the property being completely renovated with no chain I was impressed with the pitch when choosing an estate agent and chose Shortland Horne over others but the reality of the selling process has not met expectations

I felt fully confident that she would do everything she could on every level to do her very best for me. She certainly did, she got a good price and kept me fully informed at all times. 7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)I would say they arent your typical estate agents but a team with a aim of helping each individual achieve what they want the best of both worlds. From the typical residential or a commercial they will do their best to sell but also facilitate the process than pass it straight to solicitors and close the case.Zeba is passionate for her business and that can be shown by her commitment and work ethics. Highly recommend to have a talk with and see if it goes further. Look forward to using them again.
