23rd Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)I am rating our experience with 5 starts due to the professional, transparent and dedicated work Jessica Blyth-Mallett did! Nowadays it is really rare to came across with a transparent and professional person in the estate agent area...estate agents tend to look into the outcome and a lot of the times do not follow a fair selling process. Jessica was not only transparent but provided all the relevant information you would need when you visit a property. Normally we are left with a lot of unanswered questions without a follow up but she made sure to answer nearly all of them and follow up re a few later on. She made sure we felt ok during the view and that we felt in love with the property. :)

Kerry and the team were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily recommend them.

13th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was a tenant for over five and a half years. For the vast majority of that time (over five years), the property was managed by a different agent, and my experience during that period was consistently positive. In the final few months of my tenancy, the landlord changed managing agents to Chelton Brown, and unfortunately the experience changed significantly. During my tenancy, my rent was always paid in full and on time, and I took care to maintain the property throughout. I also contributed towards improvements, including new carpets, which reflected what I believed was a positive working relationship. However, the experience at the end of the tenancy was disappointing. After providing formal notice in December and vacating at the end of February, communication regarding my deposit was slow and unclear. It took two weeks to receive a breakdown of proposed deductions, with responses often taking a week or more. Throughout my tenancy, the property was inspected regularly and consistently reported as being in good condition. Given this, the delays and lack of clarity at the end of the tenancy were particularly frustrating. While the matter was eventually resolved, the process felt unnecessarily prolonged and lacked the level of professionalism I had experienced previously. A property business may focus on landlords and sales, but it is worth remembering that tenants are an essential part of that relationship. Without tenants, there is no income to manage. With clearer communication and more timely handling of deposit returns, the experience for tenants could be significantly improved.

When i came home and from my ceiling was raining, because upstairs in other flat broke boiler, i had to wait till after weekend,sort and dry everything on my money and time, my furniture was damaged, nobody checked our flat.. after few months we had issues with electricity all floor must be wet underneath but nobody checked it,they just came and said it's fine.. nobody offer help.. never mind..we have no access to meter reading and if I ask for it there is no response in weeks, even if i ask again! Really bad service from Greg. I am thinking to leave that flat even I like it before. Just because of agency. It's moldy and a lot of other issues and I do not have power to deal with it if nobody make time to respond. I am being just left and ignored. If i could, i would give to zero stars for agency

20th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
