We have now just sold our house, again with Sophie as our agent and she has been absolutely exemplary in managing everything and everyone, with great support from Andreia!<br>If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agents in the area I would definitely recommend Bennett Holmes and Sophie in particular.

7th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I had a good experience with this company. They respond quickly to messages left with them and they are able to offer viewings that fit around your schedule where possible. The people working there that I have had contact with were professional and helpful.
24th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Gibbs Gillespie Pinner are the the best estate agent, and I will explain why. In particular, TJ, Barry, Joshua, Irene and the team are resourceful, timely, proactive and take the pressure off their clients. The property was placed on the market with photos taken and all legalities sorted within days, and they were all on hand to resolve any issues quickly ensuring the needs of all stakeholders were met. Quick responses, great communication and managing the sale is exactly what an estate agent should do, and there was no question over whether the sale would get over the finish line and updates were shared frequently. The team clearly understands not just the financial implications but moreso the emotional side of a property transaction, and does all due diligence on prospective buyers, just everything is extremely well managed; if I am ever involved in a property transaction again I'll be going straight to Gibbs Gillespie Pinner. 10/10

6th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had very bed experience. They are not help . If we can call them . They give very rude answers If are asking about the property what u r buying they not allowed to see . Just 1 or 2 time . I have so many problems about new property
13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

13th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
