5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Very bad experience, I just moved from London to Glasgow, and was looking an apartment near my work place, got to one of the listings and went for viewing through property bureau, Rachel Brown emailed me about the confirmation and everything, but when I went to the location in Balloch 1 riverside court, there I met some other lady bcoz Rachel was on leave she took me to the apartment and told me to view by my self and she left.<br>After 3 days Rachel emailed me the application from I sent the form bcoz I was in need of a house, then again after few days she emailed me for holding deposit which is illegal in Scotland so I asked her to explain bcoz there are scammers also but after more than a week today she emailed me asking “ do you want to go forward” like what an unprofessional behaviour if you guys don’t want to then don’t waste our time

29th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)My experience with Walker Laird was very good. We gave them the keys for the house and they showed everyone round the property. Arranging all of the viewings themselves. The house sold within 2 weeks without any problems.
25th Apr 2019 (7 years ago)Went in to enquire about the area as a potential place to move to and the staff were about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Every question was met with an unhelpful response. Got the feeling she didn't want us to move there or she was incompetent at her job. Won't be back any time soon!!
2nd May 2026 (5 mo. ago)Through the recommendation of a friend we contacted David Muir Estates to organise the sale of our house in Balloch. From the start the process was really professional and very soon we had exceptional video and photo presentations that demonstrated our property to our great satisfaction. The subsequent quick sale and the ease of contact for updates in the ensuing formalities was excellent. No hesitation in highly recommending their services.

Colin and the team could not have been more helpful and any questions I had they were promptly answered. Thank you to everyone involved.

4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Selling our home with NEST in Falkirk was a great experience, we’d gladly recommend them. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

Little that I know that my previous tenant made such an allegations , which given me distressed . I was not left in the dark to fight that battle. Instead McArthur Scott Estate Agents Team step forward armed with factual evidences . Those factual evidences were crucial against the case that being lodged . I cannot thank enough Chris who made the effort to compile those correspondence and shared to the appropriate panels. I am also appreciative with Lynne to whom I called impromptu to join in the call . She joined in the call right there and then without hesitation . 22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)We recently started renting with Property Bureau (Bearsden) and it is safe to say they are a wonderful team, who are very friendly and professional throughout the entire process of beginning our journey renting the company. Our experience throughout the beginning of the process was very smooth and well communicated, which made everything a lot less intimidating. The team are so lovely and are fantastic at making sure we were in the loop and answering any questions we had. A special mention to Nicky is well deserved too, as she made this experience for us so easy and stress free. We would happily reccomend renting with Property Bureau. Thank you! :)

16th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Both Gary and Alaina in the Dumfries branch of Hunters have been outstanding in what has been a very stressful and upsetting time in my life. My father passed away a few months ago and as his only child I was left to deal with his estate. Living 300 miles away, this was obviously quite an intimidating prospect. Gary and Alaina offered a huge amount of support and professionalism and sold my dad's house in less than 3 weeks of marketing. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I'm so happy I chose them to assist me! Jenny
