31st May 2024 (2 years ago)We used GAP estate agent to sell our property. All the staff were friendly and excellent in their communication with us. Every query or matter was dealt with promptly. A special thanks to Laura and Jan who we mainly dealt with. Laura certainly went that extra mile to help wherever she could. We were also recommended a local couple for conducting viewings and they were excellent. Overall a very good experience and we would recommend GAP. Thank you.
26th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises. The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston. During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.
7th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)I just wanted to say, very early stages, but I just phoned to enquire about a property and the lady I spoke with was so knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. I have had disappointing experiences with Taylor and Henderson, who were borderline rude and genuinely seemed to have no interest in selling the properties or any information at all. I was actually dreading calling another estate agent and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good Coast were.

23rd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)Our dad had used Middleton Ross for his will a number of years ago, always believing in the value of working with people invested in the local community. On dads passing, from the initial discussions and guidance, through to the selling and settling of his estate, Middleton Ross were exceptional in their care and approach. The staff were great to deal with and always provided clear and honest answers to any of our requests, putting us in contact with the right person straight away. It really took the sting out of sorting everything out, having a dedicated team around us who got to know our needs and keep us right through the whole process.

They manage to combine absolute professionalism with a very warm and friendly approach. Selling a home can be quite a stressful experience, and both Hamish and Amy were there to support and advise us, answering all our queries and keeping us fully updated from the beginning right through until completion, including organising the surveyor report and photographs. Once we were ‘live’ on the website we had viewings booked almost instantly and a sale agreed within a few weeks. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we have no hesitation in recommending the Perth office of Strutt and Parker to anyone wanting a smooth selling process with very personally tailored advice. I moved to them after a really difficult experience with two larger letting companies, and the difference has been night and day.<br><br>I’ve dealt with Rachel throughout, and she has been absolutely fantastic. She’s incredibly friendly, supportive and easy to deal with, always responds promptly and gets things sorted really quickly. I never feel like I’m having to chase or wonder what’s happening — if I have a question or an issue, Rachel deals with it and keeps me updated.<br><br>After my previous experiences, it’s been such a relief to have someone who is genuinely helpful, approachable and takes pride in providing a great service.<br><br>It’s also a great example of how a smaller, independent company can provide a much more personal service.<br><br>I’m so pleased I made the move to Roselea and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
