Lina then came onboard and negotiated a fair price on the property I wanted. The score then went to good communication.

So we were very pleased to place the sale of our property in the hands of the staff there. They were extremely efficient and couldn't be more helpful with any issues that arose during the process. Communications, a critical issue for those coping with the stress of selling or buying properties, was outstanding at all times. The communication was good (breath of fresh air compared to other solicitors I’d used), everything was done efficiently and to standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
