Lina then came onboard and negotiated a fair price on the property I wanted. The score then went to good communication.

From taking pictures, putting it on the website and telling me how the buying process was going. Telling me how many people were looking at the property and how many were interested in buying the house. She was really nice and caring about it. She went above and beyond all my expectations. She's a lovely lady.

31st May 2024 (2 years ago)We used GAP estate agent to sell our property. All the staff were friendly and excellent in their communication with us. Every query or matter was dealt with promptly. A special thanks to Laura and Jan who we mainly dealt with. Laura certainly went that extra mile to help wherever she could. We were also recommended a local couple for conducting viewings and they were excellent. Overall a very good experience and we would recommend GAP. Thank you.

21st Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)We had previously tried to market our plot with Bell Ingram, Oban in 2023/24, with little interest which, at the time, we put down to market forces. We are considering marketing our plot again, so contacted Andrew Fuller on 16 March. Even after two further calls, one text message and two emails we have not heard a thing as at 21 April despite being promised several times that Mr Fuller would be in touch. This is appalling service for an existing customer with property to sell. If it was possible to award zero stars we would, as their service and even communication has been non-existent, and we now wonder whether the previous lack of viewings was down to their lack of effort. We wouldn't now rely on them to market a bag of crisps and have contacted another agent.

19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I had an entirely positive experience with the Sales team at Galbraith in Ayr while selling my late father’s property. From my first meeting with Natalie through to the viewing, appraisal and agreement of the services included, the whole process was straightforward and handled smoothly. Vivien was initially my day-to-day contact and was consistently friendly, thorough and helpful. Once the closing date had been set, Brandan managed the handover seamlessly, ensuring that everything remained clear, concise and on track. The photography and drone footage were of an excellent standard, and the property sold within six weeks of coming to market for above the asking price. At what was a difficult time for our family, the team provided a professional, supportive and efficient service. I could not have wished for a better experience and would happily recommend Galbraith in Ayr.

We can’t thank them enough for their advice and insights regarding the property market and also for their very patient human-focussed approach! They manage to combine absolute professionalism with a very warm and friendly approach. Selling a home can be quite a stressful experience, and both Hamish and Amy were there to support and advise us, answering all our queries and keeping us fully updated from the beginning right through until completion, including organising the surveyor report and photographs. Once we were ‘live’ on the website we had viewings booked almost instantly and a sale agreed within a few weeks. No question was ever too silly, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
