9th May 2023 (3 years ago)Really fantastic support throughout the process from Kenny and the team. My house sat on the market for a year until we moved to Re/max and sold within 3 weeks. Kenny walked in and immediately recognised the potential and uniqueness of the property which reignited my hope in finding a buyer - and we did almost immediately. He was also very sensitive to every element of the journey to the sale of this property which I appreciated. To add, we also went with their recommended legal partners, who also provided a fantastic service. Can't recommend this team enough! Amazing service! Thanks for all your help and support!
29th May 2026 (22 days ago)We had to constantly chase up for updates on the viewings that were booked in and how they went, which was pretty poor as they only managed 2 viewings in the 6 weeks they had the property on the market. we had to chase them for a plan on what they were going to do to get more viewings, 9000 hits on right move but only 2 viewings. all talk and unfortunately no action. the manager couldn't be any nicer to deal with just unfortunately the experience wasn't as good as we had hoped for.

22nd Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)Didn't feel the advert was informative of selling points. Seems very generic amd nothing personal. Also photos did not do property justice. But in a small area he knows what he doing and yes I would recommend him as he just seemed like a friend.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Matthew and Ian were great at Your Move Dundee. Matthew viewed the house promptly and came with a lot of comms and info to support the suggested selling price for me. They helped to organise all aspects pre- and post-sale I think their fees were similar to other agents in the area, but something just felt “right”. Anyway, they helped to secure a good price quite quickly and have been helpful and communicative throughout.

15th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I moved to West Lothian about 5 years ago and up until that point, apart from buying & selling houses, I never had the need to seek out legal services. That soon changed . . . Sorting out my parent’s estate after they both died intestate, selling my aunt’s house when she was assessed as having no capacity and going into care and a requirement to update my own Personal Will and Power of Attorney documentation all seemed to happen one after the other. I sought out Stewart Watt & Co. after they were recommended to me and I have been delighted with the service, advice, knowledge, efficiency and professionalism I received from their solicitor/partner Zara Mair. In conclusion, over a very short period of time, I required a wide variety of guidance and legal expertise which Stewart Watt provided that helped me enormously . . . Thank you!
