The property itself was comfortable to live in. The pricing was fair and my deposit was returned without problems.

She truly has been superb from start to finish and went above and beyond to up date us at every stage , respond to every query we had and offered advice & support throughout each stage of the process. We can’t recommend her enough !

Would also like to mention Lewis Manners and Sarah Bunting for their professionalism and always returning my numerous phone calls.

They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

Viewings were handled very professionally, and we were given the time and space to look around the property without any pushy sales pressure, which we really appreciated.<br><br>Mel was always friendly, helpful and accommodating, including arranging return visits whenever needed. And indeed, his was the lowest of the three valuations. However, following his rationale, it made absolute sense. This, coupled with the lowest commission percentage of the three agents, convinced me to appoint them, and they were great. Communicative, plenty of advice and guidance and generally nice people. No hesitation in recommending
