4th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Davies & Way have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole team - Steve, Ellen, Polly and Jo - are all super knowledgable, proactive, friendly and understanding. Steve took incredible photos of our home leading to multiple offers in a short period of time. Jo is amazing with viewings - so passionate. Ellen and Polly have just been absolutely fab - thank you for putting up with all my questions!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies & Way - the house we're buying was also through another D&W branch and they were equally great.

Geraldine’s has worked tirelessly to ensure progress on the sale, nothing has been too much trouble professional throughout! The team have been very supportive I would be happy to recommend them.

25th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a really positive experience buying my house through Wentworth. The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!

3rd Jan 2020 (6 years ago)They did not communicate, they had not studied the house , what is there or not. We had to keep contacting them to gain information after possible buyers had visited. Etc.
18th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)My experience as a chain free buyer keen to purchase a property they are marketing; - Agent didn't show up to the first viewing booked, with zero apology for miss communication their end. - Late to subsequential viewing and had to wait to him to faff around getting the keys out of the key box in the pouring rain. - No follow up call after viewings, I had to call them to book in a second viewing after waiting to see if they would call for over a week. - Once sale was agreed, I have contacted them several times to ask questions re the property / sale details and they have ignored all emails. If you would like to sell your house in a timely manor, if at all, I would avoid.

1st May 2026 (8 weeks ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man
18th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I feel so compelled to write a glowing review of Liane Hanks - especially to contradict some of the other reviews. While I can't speak to their experience, it does seem as though their is a common thread between them...... From our experience, as renters (a family, not students..), the entire team have been nothing short of fantastic. We've never had a single issue with communication, action, support. From the minute we started dealing with the team, to today. They are always friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible, trusting, supportive. We cannot fault them and strongly believe many of the other reviews don't offer a fair reflection of their service. I'd encourage anyone to just speak with the Liane Hanks team yourself.. and realise they are great.
