5th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Chestertons were keen and enthusiatic throughout the process, with great communication at all points. They were very knowledgable and helped resolve some of the conveyancing items for us at handover. Highly recommended.
18th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.

22nd Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I have worked with Irwin & Scott over the past 18 months, during which time they rented, managed and ultimately sold my property, which has recently completed. The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

They provided advice on realistic pricing and marketed the property well, securing interest and negotiating a very fair offer. When we encountered a problem with a severe water leak during the cold weather in January, our Agent, Dean Ellis, played a key role in getting the property repaired while retaining the buyer's interest. Dean really went the extra mile for us, arranging contractors, allowing contractor access to the property for us and monitoring/ emptying the dehumidifiers as it dried out. Thanks to Dean the sale was completed on 9th March.

Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors. A really efficient set up hence it is the second purchase I have made with this company. Thank you!

Stuart, Hazel and the rest of the Thomas Merrifield team gave excellent advice and first class communication with my sister and I selling on behalf of our mother with regular progress reports and liason with our buyer and the solicitors.

It was an extremely difficult and complex property to sell especially in the current market . But they , after a lot of hard work helped us get the house sold . 2nd Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Lola was incredibly insightful and helpful on our viewings - we have been searching the market for around 9 months now and she was most definitely one the best agents we have worked with, she showed a great understanding of the properties and also got to know us, rather than just trying to sell a house she actually showed she cared about what we were looking for as a family.
