8th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.
29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I wanted to share a sincere thank you to Chris and the entire team at Tate Partnership after completing a wonderful five-year tenancy with them. Anyone who has navigated the London rental market knows how rare it is to find an agency that combines true professionalism with such a personal, caring approach. From day one through to the day I moved out, Chris and his team were incredibly responsive, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Whenever a maintenance issue arose, it was handled promptly and efficiently. I am incredibly grateful for their consistent support over the years. They truly took the stress out of renting, and I could not recommend them highly enough to both prospective tenants looking for a seamless experience and landlords seeking an agency that genuinely cares. Thank you again to Chris and the entire team, and I wish you all continued success.

2nd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)On my showing day i met with the agent, who was so friendly We start the conversate, and i told him about my horrible experiences so far with other agency, who have you turn up , but the property is gone He was so reassuring Then i called jessica and informed i will take the property She reassured me she will do all she can and she did Today i got my first home to rent in Uk....thanks jessica and snelkers

8th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)The ladies at Sealeys were wonderful. The circumstances around the sale were difficult and they were, not only extremely efficient, but were kind and sensitive. I was dreading the whole process but they made it easy.

20th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I've not had a great experience with these people. One lady telling me I've said things i haven't and it wouldn't hurt if she smiled a bit. Also have repeatedly asked for my holding deposit back as promised but they keep making empty promises.
9th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).

16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I was recently involved in helping to re-home a relative. Initially, the brief was to buy a house but that changed to finding a rental property. Sam, Ashley and Ranj have been really kind and supportive and have been available to help at every step of the way. They have understood the brief, responded promptly and been very patient. Definitely nice people to do business with. I would highly recommend them if you are searching for a property to either buy or rent.
