8th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)As I was a first time buyer and I stayed in same property for 8 years. I got information that my Owner want to Sell house and Landmark was the Agent. Their communications was very Good. They explained me what to be done. They helped to Give the Mortgage Adviser and also the Solicitor. They Gave first preference to buy this house as I was staying for 8 years. Deal was very good and the Good thing was communications. I had my first communication with Mr. Hitish. He came to.my house, but I was not there. He had conversion to my younger daughter and explain her. It was nice that youngter no what their Family is doing g to buy house. Afterward my case was handle the Lady Name Raveen. Whenever we have convertion on phone, first thing she will ask how are you and than we have our conversation. She is to follow it up very well. If I want ask her anything, she will always help. With their help and the Mortgage Adviser finally on 1st June I and my wife is owner of our property. I thank each of them who were involve in doing my property on our name. I recommend if anyone get chance to buy property under Landmark Agency do go for it as the people are very polite, professional and understandable. Once again thank you in future if I want something I will contact you Take Care and God will shower blessing on you all and keep you in Goood health. Thanks Francisco / Angelina

2nd Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Had a lovely experience with Knightsbridge estate agents, specifically Jessica Richard’s :) she was very accommodating during the search, showed me around a couple flats in the area and helped me find the perfect home for the duration of my studies in London, within walking distance to university and within my budget- on a very short notice. The process was quick from viewing to singing the lease and she helped me every step of the way. I’ve got no complaints.

30th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

As well as their extensive experience, geniune knowledge of the market, and being total professionals throughout the process, Matt, Hetal and Mary all have excellent people skills (rare in this business) and are brilliant to deal with. We have been with other agents in the area before and none even came close. They found us a great buyer in a difficult market and helped them and us at every stage. Can’t recommend highly enough! *****

Even though I wasn't paying them directly and I wasn't their client, they were hugely supportive, both professionally and personally when I was stressed and overwhelmed. They were so proactive and the only ones in the chain to be driving the process forward and offering constant help. I love my home and can't imagine ever moving but when I do I will definitely be selling with Mackenzie Smith.

4th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)BE CAREFUL! As a tenant this company are a nightmare, they don't care for you at all. So slow to respond to queries, unprofessional and misleading. When we first moved in the flat was in a complete mess - dust, grit, mould, hair and even used underwear hiding underneath the kitchen sink. They insisted a professional clean had taken place which was obviously a lie, on moving out of the property we cleaned to professional standard and have been footed with a large bill, including random over-priced costs. Several problems with our property during our stay which they were slow to respond to including the balcony having a massive and dangerous hole in it which caused leaks into the downstairs neighbour, and meant we couldn't use during the hot weather, they were so slow to get someone in for this and when they did he did a bodge job that will rot in a couple years time, made a complete mess of our flat and the communal area in the process. Never responded to our requests to fix the window that had rotted. Unorganised - when showing the properties to other tenants they had the wrong keys with them so I came round to let them in, also didn't communicate clearly on when viewings were cancelled so had me waiting at home when nobody arrived. It's so common to have useless agencies, but we now are with a lovely company who really care for us, are quick and reasonable - it does exist!

18th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We used Hancock’s Estates when we were looking to move across town, and they handled the whole process with a calm, professional manner that really put us at ease. The team were easy to get hold of, kept us updated without us having to chase, and were particularly helpful when a few bits of paperwork needed sorting at short notice. There was a proper sense that they knew the local market inside out, which made a big difference. Not quite perfect, as one or two replies took a touch longer than expected, but overall the service was very solid and the staff were courteous throughout. If you want an estate agent that feels organised, knowledgeable and refreshingly down-to-earth, Hancock’s Estates are well worth considering.

R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
