2nd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)On my showing day i met with the agent, who was so friendly We start the conversate, and i told him about my horrible experiences so far with other agency, who have you turn up , but the property is gone He was so reassuring Then i called jessica and informed i will take the property She reassured me she will do all she can and she did Today i got my first home to rent in Uk....thanks jessica and snelkers

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

30th May 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend The Wilkinson Partnership if you are looking to buy a property in the Buckingham area. Sue the sales agent was absolutely amazing and found be my dream home. Sadly Sue left the company before my completion, however Max took over and he was superb, always available, responded immediately to any queries I raised, and was very courteous and polite, and for that reason I am happy to give Wilkinson 5 stars

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

She kept me fully informed at every stage, was always available when I needed her and worked incredibly hard on my behalf. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for me.<br><br>Lisa’s was honest and complete transparency. She was straightforward, realistic and always gave me honest advice, which gave me enormous confidence throughout what can otherwise be a very stressful process. I never felt that anything was being hidden or glossed over — I always knew exactly where I stood.<br><br>I genuinely felt that my house sale was in safe hands. Lisa went above and beyond, dealt with challenges calmly and professionally, and kept pushing things forward.<br><br>Selling a home is a major decision, and having someone you can completely trust makes all the difference. 21st Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)They are scammers I viewed two properties both are so dirty disgusting smells not able to live and in one property dead rats was bhind the kitchen door when I asked them what is this they replied we will clean it what the joke please stay away from these scammers we already reported to Redbridge council
3rd Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)I and a flatmate letted a flat for 3 years with no real issues. If anything came up that would require assistance with Fieldhouses response was always prompt and solved the issue we had. We never had any issues during our tenancy that they couldnt solve and I would say they were great in all aspects.

17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We didn't end up going ahead with our sale in the end - some family timing meant it wasn't the right moment for us - but I wanted to leave a review anyway because Tom was excellent throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use him when we do sell.<br><br>He came across as genuinely thorough from the first meeting, not just a sales pitch. He talked us through the marketing price versus what we might actually achieve, was clear about how the launch and pre-launch process works, and didn't try to rush us into anything. When we told him our circumstances had changed, he was completely understanding and no pressure about it, which honestly says a lot about how he'd handle things once you're actually on the market too.<br><br>If you're weighing up agents in the Edmonton area, I'd put him on your shortlist. Thorough, straightforward, no hard sell.
