8th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)As I was a first time buyer and I stayed in same property for 8 years. I got information that my Owner want to Sell house and Landmark was the Agent. Their communications was very Good. They explained me what to be done. They helped to Give the Mortgage Adviser and also the Solicitor. They Gave first preference to buy this house as I was staying for 8 years. Deal was very good and the Good thing was communications. I had my first communication with Mr. Hitish. He came to.my house, but I was not there. He had conversion to my younger daughter and explain her. It was nice that youngter no what their Family is doing g to buy house. Afterward my case was handle the Lady Name Raveen. Whenever we have convertion on phone, first thing she will ask how are you and than we have our conversation. She is to follow it up very well. If I want ask her anything, she will always help. With their help and the Mortgage Adviser finally on 1st June I and my wife is owner of our property. I thank each of them who were involve in doing my property on our name. I recommend if anyone get chance to buy property under Landmark Agency do go for it as the people are very polite, professional and understandable. Once again thank you in future if I want something I will contact you Take Care and God will shower blessing on you all and keep you in Goood health. Thanks Francisco / Angelina
21st Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our property in Gomshall and took opinions/valuations from 4 estate agents covering the local area. We found that opinions/valuations and marketing proposals were similar but felt that Mandy from Terra Cotta was closest to our views and had a greater understanding of likely local demand.<br>We were impresssed by the firms professionalism and the way in which every step was conducted and delighted with the speed and price achieved.

On both occasions the service Tom provided was excellent - great communication and an attention to detail. We also appreciated his knowledge of the market and realistic rental evaluation. We would certainly use the agency again and highly recommend them.

23rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)George Lewis and Gareth Davies have been going far and beyond as estate agents. They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. Thank you very much!

7th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Didn’t hear much from them in the first 6 weeks and a very tough market to try and sell in. Once we started chasing them things started to happen, I did feel they were more reactive rather than pro active. A few different staff members with varying levels of ability, I got the feeling they are going through some changes.

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)2023 was a difficult year in the housing market. Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!

2nd Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)Do not rent with this agency. Genuinely awful service, consistently unprofessional from the beginning, as they always supported the landlords over tenants. When we had no beds to sleep on for the first week despite being assured this was included in the contract, Tim assured us we would receive compensation, but when the landlords didn't agree, Tim told us to stop contacting him as we had put him in an awkward position.<br><br>The landlords themselves were genuinely the worst I have ever met. They consistently belittled, insulted, and made us feel so uncomfortable. Terrible people. During a power cut (caused by the landlord's failure to replace an old part), the landlords were totally useless. Due to this power cut, I had to stay elsewhere until it was fixed. When I reported this to the agency, the agency refused to take on board my concerns and supported the landlords.
13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Value of property from P property was recommended 270 which I felt was low. Decided to sell @ 280 as thought property was worth that. Luckily that’s the price I was offered. Abbie very good at her job on attending viewing. How ever very disappointed on communication & advertising Didn’t feel enough was done to promote the property felt that it had gone stagnant. Only one viewing at first back in September & second not until this Saturday 11th January. no phone call in between to reassure me that I could possible sell my house

15th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I had engaged Rolitex to manage my property since I bought it in 2006. Initially, their service was pretty standard for a high street estate agent, handling repairs and rent collection adequately. However, everything changed when I decided to move into the property and needed to evict the tenants. Rolitex issued the Section 21 notice as required, which was fine. But as the notice period neared its end, we wanted to discuss the tenants' plans. Every time we asked Rolitex, specifically Roland, he would shout down the phone, telling us to wait for the two months to end. When the notice period expired and the tenants didn't move, Roland offered no assistance on the next steps. He was silent until we had to demand a meeting, where we were told we needed a solicitor. I understand he is busy, but how difficult is it to communicate simple information to a longstanding client? After hiring a solicitor, Rolitex was professional in providing the necessary documents, no matter how many times we asked. However, during this time, rent payments became erratic. Whether it was the tenants paying late or Rolitex’s mishandling, it would have been nice for them to inform us, especially with mortgage payments piling up. Whenever I asked Roland about this, he would shout as if he was doing me a favor. He even increased his fee without notifying us and insisted he had informed us when he clearly hadn't. I eventually had enough of Roland's lack of communication and aggressive behavior, so I decided to collect the rent myself. To Roland's credit, he facilitated this transition quickly, and interestingly enough, the tenant paid me on time from then on. When the tenant finally vacated, the property was in a terrible state. This was no surprise since Rolitex had not conducted an inspection since the late 2010s. My experience with Rolitex started amicably but ended very poorly. While other staff members were professional and helpful, Roland was consistently aggressive and difficult to communicate with. This review should not surprise anyone considering the other negative feedback but should serve as a caution for anyone considering dealing with Roland at Rolitex.

He takes a wonderfully modern approach to property in how he markets, communicates and treats buyers/sellers. We always knew exactly where we stood thanks to his quick and transparent responses. We were in near constant collaboration in everything from deciding listing price and sales strategy to scheduling viewings and surveys. We’ve gone to him for advice on our onward purchase which he provided gladly even though he isn’t the listing agent. He is who you want to work with, and he’s assembling a great team (ie Piers) to support him.
3rd Sep 2026 (19 days ago)I strongly recommend Visioli Estate Agents.<br>After many months of trying to sell my house through high street agents, who gave the impression that arranging a viewing was ‘job done’ , however unsuitable the viewers were, I instructed Lewis Visioli. From day one Lewis was professional, determined and stuck to my brief of only accompanying serious potential buyers to view my property. Once an offer was accepted, Lewis helped the process through every stage, his communication with me was excellent. Thank you Visioli Estate Agents for a job very well done,<br>Graham Bell
