They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. You'd be making the right choice when choosing to from them.
24th Mar 2026 (5 mo. ago)I had a disappointing experience dealing with this agency regarding a commercial unit at The Embassy in Waltham Cross. We entered into active negotiations, made a formal offer, and progressed discussions in good faith, only to be informed mid-process that the unit had already been let to someone else. This was done without any clear communication or opportunity to proceed, despite being in ongoing discussions. It reflects a lack of transparency and professionalism in how the process was handled. Following this, we were offered an alternative unit at a higher asking price, which did not reflect the condition of the space (shell condition requiring full fit-out). Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and not respectful of the time and effort invested during the negotiation process. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

31st Oct 2020 (5 years ago)In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING. All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property. After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions of interest. Their Customer Service is absymal. Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to. Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent. There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.

After I moved out, the agency made false and exaggerated damage claims — including issues like black mould that I had reported earlier and the landlord refused to fix. Despite multiple reminders, they have still not provided the final inspection report, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have full proof of all conversations and the property’s condition. Their handling of the deposit and communication has been extremely poor. I do not recommend this agency.

6th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I bought a house a few months ago through Bridges, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>My main issue was with Mrs Rosser, who was the person I was dealing with throughout the process.<br><br>I originally made an offer on the property, and Jo personally told me that my offer had been accepted. A few days later, while I was on holiday, I received an email saying that the property was actually going ahead at the original asking price. As you can imagine, I was extremely stressed, upset and completely gobsmacked.<br><br>When I questioned what had happened and explained that something clearly wasn't right, Jo told me that my offer had been put forward to the seller and that the seller had rejected it. I was then told that I had subsequently counter-offered the original asking price.<br><br>I was absolutely gobsmacked.<br><br>I had been told by Jo that my offer had been accepted, and I had never made a counter-offer. I was also never told that my offer had been rejected. To then be told afterwards that this was supposedly what had happened was incredibly upsetting. Especially when it did not!!!<br><br>What made things even worse was the way I felt I was spoken to and made to feel responsible for the situation. Jo brought up several viewings that had supposedly been cancelled and other issues, which I felt were completely irrelevant to the fact that I had been told my offer was accepted, yet I was later given a completely different account of what had happened - if it even did?!<br><br>I felt that I was being made to feel like I was the problem, rather than receiving a clear explanation and accountability for what had happened from their end.<br><br>I have since spoken to a number of people and other estate agents and have heard similar complaints about Jo's manner and the way she has spoken to people. I can only speak from my own experience, but unfortunately my experience was enough to make me completely lose trust in Bridges.<br><br>Ultimately, I ended up losing £10,000 as a result of this situation.<br><br>I have told many of my family and friends about what happened, and I personally will never buy or sell a property through Bridges again.<br><br>And if you are a seller considering using Bridges, I would seriously ask yourself: what if this happened to you, or to one of your family members or friends? Would you be happy knowing that the same thing could potentially happen to them?<br><br>Buying or selling a home is a huge financial decision, and you should be able to trust the estate agent representing you to communicate offers properly and treat you with professionalism, honesty and respect.<br><br>Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case here, and I would not recommend Bridges based on my experience.
