20th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very poor maintenance service. I constantly have to chase them for updates and repairs. Problems can take weeks or even nearly a month to be resolved. If you don’t keep reminding them, they simply don’t follow up or call back about issues in the house.

They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. You'd be making the right choice when choosing to from them.

22nd Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I recently dealt with them regarding a property in the Colorado development and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.

28th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 25th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)I first met Gareth of the Marshalswick Bradford and Howley branch when I was looking for somewhere to buy. He went out of his way to give me hints and tips about selling my place and buying - even though I was with another agent. The agent I was with made lots of errors and after the contracted time was over, I made the decision to sell with Bradford and Howley and 2 other agents. The other agents, despite all they promised, weren't able to bring many people round to view and I soon made the decision to go sole agent with Bradford and Howley. Unfortunately the market was very slow and after so much time on the market, the house was not easy to sell. The team at Marshalswick stuck with it though and kept up momentum keeping bringing prospective buyers round, despite me feeling quite down hearted. When we finally achieved a sale, the team in St Albans took over and the sale was finalised. Both Marshalswick and St Albans were friendly and approachable and didn't ever mind me asking questions, giving me reassurance etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or in using them again.

They are always there on the end of the phone to provide updates/advice when needed. Love working with this agency- super professional and amazing at what they do.

15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately they were not proactive and the person accompanying the viewings was lacklustre. The feedback was requested by email and through an online form so again there was no positive interaction with viewers to encourage them to get over any concerns they may have had, the feedback given by the second and last viewer was that the decor wasn’t to their liking! I took the property off the market as the only thing they were going to do was want it reduced in price despite pretty much just putting it on rightmove and expecting the house and rightmove to do all the work.
