18th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)We have just completed on my mother's property in Rustington.<br>Hawke and Metcalfe - I should really say Geoff & Nick have been brilliant. The market is not that fantastic atm, Geoff and Nick guided us through the tough stages with great knowledge and advice. they are local, independent, good value and know exactly what they are doing.<br>I thoroughly recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

7th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)If there were 6 stars that's what I'd give this place! A really gorgeous hotel in the best location you could wish for in London. The hotel itself is cosy but not small, the rooms are really beautiful and great care has been taken to ensure they are really comfortable and clean. In addition to that the staff are absolutely lovely. We will be back!!!
