She has been professional, efficient, informative and has guided me well throughout the process. She has excellent communication skills and knowledge of the process. I strongly recommend Serap and the team at Andrews Orpington
5th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Disappointing experience. We unfortunately entered the market just as the economy was crashing into recession. However we chose Churchill because of their long standing local presence and thought they would provide an excellent service. We found them old fashioned and disjointed e.g. no 360 degrees online presentation of our house, we had to point out out that the published photos were originally missing a room, they was a complete lack of diversity in their agents (of which we had to deal with 3 different men although the area manager had said we would only be dealing with him) the different agents didn’t appear to have pre-read the information we had provided about our house before the viewings and there was a general lack of ongoing communication. In the end we only had two viewings before we ended the contract after 4 weeks.
18th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)I do not recommend it. We lived in the Newlands Park property that they manage in London for 5 years. The owner invests 0 in the property. During the winter, the toilet gets a lot of mould due to the humidity. We always asked them to fix it, and they never did; we fixed it ourselves, as both my husband and I have respiratory issues. They were always very, very slow to respond to issues we had with the property; we had to chase them all the time. In fact, during our last month in the property, a water pipe that always been damaged broke again because the person the send to fix it only puts tape, and doesn't fix it properly By the 3rd year, they wanted to increase the rent, and you’d think, yes, that’s fair, but again, the landlord never wanted to reinvest in the property, even though it clearly needed a decent investment. We were very reluctant to allow them to increase the rent, as the property NEEDS a lot of repairs. No double glazing, so the property is not energy efficient. The cellar has mould, so anything you put in there gets ruined by it. The wood in the kitchen window and the bath is rotten, never got fixed During our last year (2025), in May, THEY LIED and told us the owner wanted to sell the property; we were thinking of leaving the country anyway, so we were okay with it. They told us we had to leave by August. However, the timing was not right, as we had some travel planned. We managed to get an extension until November, sorted out our move and work situation, and moved to Spain at the end of November. And to add, they took 1.5 months to return our deposit. My husband had to chase them a couple of times, and the last time he told them that if the deposit wasn't returned by the 9th of Jan, he would escalate it. they didn’t even return all of it. , and guess what? The property is now available TO RENT £150 more expensive, and with all of the issues we flag and they and the landlord haven’t fixed them at all. AVOID!

30th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)The service and support that we received from Graham and Andrew was smooth and detailed throughout. Their personal, people-centred approach put us at ease and we felt confident that they would do the same for the buyers. Their knowledge of the local market is matched with national coverage via the online selling platforms. We live outside of the UK and they helped with factors that arise in this situation. We sold our house at above the price quoted by other estate agents whilst paying a commission significantly below what their competitors were asking for. All round, a fine experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Didn't manage to attract viewers which they said they could get multiple buyers to view. I definitely would not use again and when ending my contract they became slow and unresponsive

They were very helpful and supportive they walked me through the whole process communicating effectively with me keeping me up to date with everything. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your property needs.

Independent agents who work on the sellers behalf (many agents seem to forget this!). We have had experience of many agents, mostly abysmal, so Becky & Gaynor are a refreshing change. Highly recommend this Fordingbridge based Company. We have just sold our property, through them & it wasn't the smoothest of sales, but made easier by having these guys being 100% on the ball.

The team are very reactive and quick to call back/chase things. I had a few things that needed sorting after moving in and they had contractors in the same/next day.
