9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Seems to now be permanently closed as this is the second time I've got off the train at New Malden in the afternoon and found it shut. No details in the window to say when it will reopen yet stock still on the shelves? Now seems to be open again . Probably best to check before setting off if you intend to shop there these days

29th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a great experience with Century 21 Hayes & Southall. The team was amazing throughout my stay, and Harvinder Sethi was particularly helpful, supportive, and professional.
Everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and quickly. I did not face any problems during my stay, and whenever there was an issue, it was resolved very quickly and professionally.
I’m genuinely very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Century 21 Hayes & Southall to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy letting agency. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and I would definitely use their services again in the future.
20th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Robert Butterworth was excellent to deal with. Very kind, patient, honest and understanding. He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale.
Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.

Agnès has been an absolutely outstanding Property Manager. She was consistently professional, highly organised, precise and efficient, with an excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to providing an exceptional level of service.
What truly sets her apart is her combination of competence and warmth. She is always approachable, responsive, courteous and helpful, and she handles every matter with care, reliability and professionalism. Communication with her has always been clear and timely, and I have always felt that matters were being handled thoroughly and properly.
Property management can often be challenging, but Agnès made the whole experience considerably easier and more reassuring. She is someone you can genuinely rely on, and her friendly, positive attitude made a real difference.
She is a real credit to Fuller Gilbert, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an excellent Property Manager. She will be greatly missed, and any organisation fortunate enough to work with her in the future will be lucky to have her!

Great advice, punctual for meetings and great communication throughout. Must not forget Jade who assists with the process, and the WhatsApp group is a great way of day to day communication of viewings etc.
