Anisa responded to emails promptly, called us back quickly and answered all of our many questions. Anisa made the whole process really easy and quick which we are great full for, thank you Anisa :)
28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Initially John Brown was the most professional of the agents I viewed and made the most sense eschewing estateagentese. They quickly found a buyer but she was very difficult and the sale dragged on over a year. However that was not of their making and they worked very hard for us. The first sale collapsed due to our purchaser's delaying. We stuck to our vendors and reconstituted the chain. Thanks to Mr Youll we got over the line

Ian was quick to respond to emails, transparent about the application process, and processed everything efficiently and very quickly as me and my partner had to move in quick. More recently, Mark helped secure a mortgage adviser to help my partner and I buy a home in North Yorkshire. Mark is always open to sharing his industry expertise and has guided me through processes such as leasehold extension and has always kept me updated with the London rental and sales markets. 25th May 2016 (10 years ago)We found Kings Sevenoaks very helpful from the start of the process with them. As soon as our property had been valued and the details made available the first viewing was taking place the very next day. All the people we had contact with were always helpful and very friendly helping us through a few difficult moments and we would not hesitate in recommend them.

Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best

2nd Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Horrific Company! Dealing with this company for over three years was one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I have ever had. From pathological lies and miscommunication to the unprofessional attitude and mishandling of documentation alongside complete lack of respect or courtesy — if I could turn back time, I would have never gotten in touch with them. If you value your privacy and don’t want people entering your home whenever it suits them, stay far away. Their negligence, ongoing arrogance, and blatant disregard for the terms of a legal contract are unacceptable. Carrying out viewings without the legal tenant's consent and entering the property at their own discretion is an absurd! After the end of our tenancy, they made baseless allegations and attempted to claim money for issues that evidently existed prior to our move-in. Though they failed to follow basic industry procedures. Landlords shouldn’t place much trust in them either — their incompetence affects all parties involved.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
