16th Jul 2019 (7 years ago)They informed us about a change in our move-in date less than 12 hours before the original date of the move. The new date was pushed by two weeks. Therefore, as we had already switched all utilities to the new apartment, we had to survive without utilities in the old apartment for two weeks. Moreover, the estate agent we were in contact with was behaving in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way on the phone as we called him to explain the issues. He was shouting at us on the phone and blamed the situation on us, the clients. Furthermore, the agent did not inform us about other issues we faced regarding the move and when asked about it, he claimed to have been in contact with us regarding the problems, which was not true.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

We can fully recommend this property agency! 5 stars well deserved! Especially we would like to thanks Amna. She is totally star!
25th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)The most unprofessional Estate agents ever. My son purchased a property through these people ( well so he thought) he had his offer accepted which was the highest, he gave his solicitor details,had his mortgage ready, all was fine ( so we thought) We met the executors of the previous owner and was told it had been sold to an equity company at a much lower price. She explained that my son's offer was never shared with her and that she would have accepted it. It is disgusting the way that Julia has treated my son, and strung him along. Best advice is for no one to deal with this unprofessional set up, although I have noticed not many people in Balham sell through them. It only seems to be garages or Du cane court. I will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman about this situation 1st thing. Do not waste time with this outfit. There are some fantastic friendly professional agents in Balham and Tooting Bec. I am shocked that there are still some questionable agents around.

23rd May 2024 (2 years ago)I would highly recommend Angela Hirst when looking to rent your new home. So professional and such a friendly service. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.
8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would select minus zero stars if that were an option.<br>My experience with this property and the people responsible for managing it was extremely disturbing. I experienced serious concerns regarding privacy, security, access to my accommodation, and the treatment of tenants. I also raised concerns about behaviour that I considered completely unacceptable, and I found the responses from those responsible deeply unsatisfactory.<br>I have personally encountered issues that left me feeling unsafe and unable to trust that my accommodation and belongings were being properly respected. I also have concerns about the way tenant information, mail and personal privacy were handled.<br>There were also serious disputes concerning the condition and management of the properties and the handling of deposits. I have retained documentation relating to my experiences and have reported matters to the appropriate authorities where I believed it was necessary.<br>What makes this particularly frustrating is the apparent lack of accountability. In my experience, complaints were not dealt with in a way that gave me any confidence that tenants' legitimate concerns were being taken seriously.<br>I strongly recommend that anyone considering renting through these people carries out extensive independent checks, gets everything in writing, documents the condition of the property, and keeps records of every interaction. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend them.<br>Do your due diligence before handing over money or personal information.

He ensured the entire process was smooth and efficient. Bradley was consistently available to answer our questions, which gave us confidence during the process . We wouldn't hesitate to use Bradley to sell our own home in the future, as we would be confident in his dedication to a positive outcome for both sides. Highly recommended!

7th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Communication was good at the start of the process and steadily declined over the weeks, They used our house photo when they had a guess the property game amongst themselves and posted on social media without any communication to us prior to or after posting , viewings carried out without any enthusiasm
9th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)I would urge prospective buyers to exercise caution when purchasing through Just 4 Bungalows. While we understand an estate agent's primary client is the seller, buyers still deserve basic transparency, proactive communication, and fair treatment, none of which we experienced.<br><br>We had an offer accepted in February on a probate property. After months of chasing for clarity due to contradictory and misinformed updates passed along from the seller's solicitor via the agent, we discovered through our own solicitor in June that the probate application had actually been rejected. A resubmission was required, leaving us facing an indefinite wait with zero clarity on timelines. Throughout this, the agency acted merely as a passive conduit rather than seeking genuine answers, and when we raised concerns about the delays, we were met with dismissiveness and flippantly told we could just pull out.<br><br>After investing months of time and substantial expense as first-time buyers, we ultimately withdrew. We submitted a formal complaint detailing these issues, but management refused to take accountability, brushed off the concerns, and failed to offer even a basic apology for the mishandling of the transaction.<br><br>If you are a buyer, be prepared to do all the chasing yourself, as their loyalties remain strictly with the seller and buyers are not valued.
