We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. Thank you again for helping us find our place

16th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I second everything what's been said about Jo and Hallway! Jo wasn't our agent ( we were buyers ) so we were on the other side of the chain, but from the day she showed us around the house till completion day she's been on fire. Sometimes taking a simple information from solicitors took a life and a half and Jo was chasing each side like mad hatter. Whenever I needed an update or wasn't sure with something she's been on the other side from Monday till Sunday. Very patient with us first time buyers. Explained everything, always with details and even after completion she continuesly been there for us. I was feeling cared for although she wasn't even our agent. I am truly sad it's over and I won't have a laugh with this woman anymore ???? Love her sense of humour!!! Highly recommended

27th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)Traveled nearly 3 hours to view a property they had up for sale with my family. Only to be told half an hour before the viewing that they had received 3 offers on the property, one above the asking price and one just below. Then told there was no point coming down to see it and asked to turn back around. Not only did I waste time and effort, we scheduled our days off to come and see this place and no one had the balls to call or email day before to say there were offers on the property and there’s a chance it may not be available after they speak with the owner. Wasted fuel, time, effort and money only to be told with half an hour to go. Then they had the audacity to tell me that they had only just found out, (all three, one above the asking price and one just under + another offer all came in that morning did it? In this stagnant market! Okay) and that the property actually had structural issues and was probably no good to me anyway. Next time you make a mistake just put your hand up, say sorry we go go to call you and let you know, offer to pay atleast the bloomin dart charge as a gesture of goodwill and atleast you can make people think you care. It’s a shame because I’m looking to move specifically into the area that property is located and I’ll be avoiding this estate agent entirely now. Can’t wait to hear what excuse they come up with in their reply (if they reply).

What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!
