11th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Browne Estates, particularly Ian and Jo. They recently sold my flat in Bromley. Communication was really good, I was kept up to date on the progress and they went above and beyond in regards to assisting with issues, questions and communication between myself and the buyer. My solicitor was dragging their heals so really appreciate everything they did to get the sale over the line.

25th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition.
Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties.
We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience.
We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12.
No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology.
We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

Having moved the property away from another local agent, we needed a managing agent to find good-quality tenants and look after the property. They did, like it was their own!
Moving a few years forward, this family owned company have been lovely to deal with and have really ensured they exceed our expectations. Not only have we dealt with their lettings department but also their sales team.
The Binks Sales team were equally brilliant! They were very attentive, knowledgeable, supportive and really helped us get through the sale. We experienced a very tricky sales market and complicated chain. Thankfully they were with us every step of the way and have now completed. Great job and thank you again!
24th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Very unprofessional. Went for a viewing for a flat to purchase, I made an offer and still waiting to hear back after 5 days.... I chased them up, and still nothing. The flat is still advertised. I will bring my custom and money elsewhere.
