9th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a viewing arranged for today and after 10 minutes waiting at the property I decided to call the agency, I was told to give them a moment to call me back, after couple of minutes one of the agents told me the property was not available anymore and they just forgot to cancel the viewing or to mention it in advance. Very unprofessional.
4th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)These people are scammers and thieves. Horrible people who will steal your money if you are not careful! Avoid them like the plague. Save yourself the time, money and energy by going with someone else instead!

So thank you GPM for making the entire process smooth and manageable for both me and my partner. You kept us informed, supported us through a stressful delay from our previous estate agency, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed back on track. Thanks to you guys, we’re now in our first home, and it still doesn’t feel real!! Buzzing! Thank you for everything. Will pop by later to give an in person thank you
21st Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Cherie at Langley Estate Agents has been great. We loved the photographs she organised to market our property, and she was great at contacting people after viewings which led to a quick offer. Great value for money too, I’d definitely recommend!
11th May 2020 (6 years ago)Robert vincent are by far the best estate agents they are very understanding and accommodating and quick to reply to any questions couldn’t ask for better estate agents in my eyes can’t thank them enough would definitely recommend them!

19th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone as they were deliberately ruined my almost done deal with the landlord a commercial property in Halstead High street Without valid reason the agent cancelled my application and r relisted The property with higher rent All credit checks done and full deposit was made on December 2025 And cancelled on April 2026 Ridiculous amount of time was wasted by this agent very unprofessional , Agent were Demanding more security for Landlord even I offered 6months of Deposits But not respected, Landlord was happy But not the agent, Because of thir Greed they wanted to increase rent and finaly they relisted with higher rent asking AVOID THEM
6th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)We purchased our house through Robinson Sherston. It was a difficult time to be buying and the solicitors involved didn't make things any easier, but Nick Sherston remained professional and reasonable throughout. Would highly recommend.
15th May 2023 (3 years ago)I have used Jarlands several times now over the years to rent out my property. I’ve always returned to them as they always act professional, honest, helpful and are great with communications. They come highly recommended from me!

I've had bad experiences with estate agents before, and working with Tim was a relief. He talked straight, kept us informed at every step, and offered invaluable advice to help us navigate the entire process of selling our flat smoothly. His photos were fantastic, great communication and his guidance made a real difference. He genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us.
20th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My friend had reviewed a property from them and immediately called up to reserved. The next day the deposit fee was paid and the forms filled out and sent back but there was one form missing which they emailed them at 1pm to get another form filled out and by 2pm which they was at work so haven’t been on there emails. When they saw the email at 3pm they had let this property to someone else. That’s awful they had paid money to hold it and they didn’t even try to call to inform them. Didn’t even give them time to reply. Terrible job we wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone. How can they do that to someone when they need this place to move in and live. DONT USE THEM OR TRUST THEM.

Even during the first weeks of moving, they have been supportive and professional. Definitely someone, we would go back to once we move again (which hopefully isn't for a while. haha)
