26th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Since the last two months I have been marketing with Carringtons only three viewers view the place and nothing happened as the results and I have reduced the price twice still nothing happened .
I am going to change them or add another estate agent to get involved .

1st Feb 2026 (9 mo. ago)Could't fault Druce, their strategy worked and they managed to secure above asking. I was with another agency prior to Druce and noticed a clear step change in terms of viewings, communication and action. Would thoroughly recommend this agents.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!
10th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I lived in a property "managed" by Rob and his team. Rob and his team can be kind & lovely people. I know there are reason for slow action, which happens all too often. They will take the landlords side on issues.
I also think it's a case of someone stepping back after all these years and letting someone else step up (if you get my drift) they are ok, but if your talking about the money that property involves, I would have to really think long and hard to use them

We went in their SWF office, looking for a 2 bed property to rent. The lady in there gave us a load of useless waffle, then told us the property we wanted had already gone. She promised to let us know is anything else became available.
A week later we saw that the property was still available, but no one had bothered to let us know. We rang them and got a viewing. An hour before our viewing County Estates called us and said the property was gone. She told us that it was first come first served, although no one told us that.
What a joke company, with no communication skills. Avoid them like the plague.

10th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I've been letting my flat through Comber for more than 15 years and never been anything other than fully satisfied with the service.
As well as finding suitable tenants very quickly (I suspect their deep knowledge of the area makes them the go-to agency in Blackheath), they regularly inspect the property to make sure it is being well looked after and are very quick to let me know if they are made aware of any problems between inspections so that I can resolve them quickly.
They have a small army of trusted contractors for repairs and essential maintenance, which is a great help for me as a landlord and good for the tenants as they know their concerns will be dealt with quickly and thoroughly. It's a very personal service - even the company's founder will often get personally involved - and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell, let or rent in the Blackheath area.
