I dealt with Waseem from the very first appointment, and he was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire process.<br><br>Everything was handled so quickly that the move into the apartment was completed within just a few days. I cannot thank Waseem enough for his honesty, professionalism, and outstanding support.<br><br>When we reported an emergency issue, Waseem was absolutely amazing. He acted on it immediately and showed genuine compassion and understanding towards the situation, which was especially important as my father is elderly.<br><br>His quick response, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference during a stressful time. I have NEVER experienced such excellent service from an estate agent.<br><br>Thank you so much to Waseem for making the whole process so smooth and stress-free!<br>Thank you for looking after my elderly father.

27th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I would give 0 stars as as a temporary accommodation tenant that just moved in a couple a days ago who is also heavily pregnant and has two young children 1 having asthma,moved into a property with broken bed dirty beds broken fridge freezer ,house has a rodent infestation and smells of urine triggering son asthma, a few days and no clean beds or furniture yet this is not acceptable and I plan to take this further

Unfortunately we didn't sell due to the collapse, but they were reassuring and so positive throughout. We will use them again when we return on the market later next year.
19th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)The management is only after their money. They make you fix everything in the house yourself self and even worse they won't pay back your deposit.

28th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Worst experience with this letting people. Their accomodatios are dirty and unkempt. They lie and make up small stuff so that they won't refund back the deposit after moving out. Worst letting company in Canterbury.

4th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Rebecca and the team deliver on every element of selling your house , they carried out every viewing as promised , great photography and detail on the process while preparing your house to take to market and always transparent with their intentions and honest with any updates unlike others we had spoken to ,and experienced in the past , we stayed with Woods for a relatively long period whilst selling our house during different and difficult market conditions simply because they deliver all of the above and more . Personally I would recommend Rebecca and the team at Woods to anyone who’s looking for a genuine agent who works hard to achieve your end goal.
