Selling house was never a straightforward process, but their professionalism made all the difference throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my situation, provided clear and honest advice, and developed a strategy that worked best for me. Despite the challenges we faced, Aleksa remained professional, proactive, and solution-focused at every turn. They handled negotiations with skill and honesty, kept me updated regularly, and were always available to answer my questions—no matter how big or small. Their deep knowledge of the market and strong attention to detail gave me confidence that I was in the best possible hands. Thanks to their hard work and persistence, we achieved a fantastic outcome for all parties involved, and we couldn’t be more grateful. 15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

I'm a 100% satisfied customer, and have no hesitation in recommending others to use them for buying/selling and management.
4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a great experience working with Prabs and the team at Ashley King Estate Agents on my property sale. They were always responsive, approachable, and helpful whenever I needed anything. They also introduced me to an excellent conveyancer, which made the whole process much smoother. From start to finish, they stayed actively involved in the sale, kept me well informed, and offered very competitive rates. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prabs and his team to anyone selling their property.

15th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!

I had experiences with other realtors that just showed me whatever was available and didn't narrow down the offerings. I would highly recommend Julia

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend City View Property to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. We will miss you and the house!
6th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Can highly recommend Miles & Bird and especially Aaron. He was professional and very thorough throughout the process. Ours was not an easy sale (poor market), but he kept us in the loop well and was honest and innovative with ideas about what we could do. Nor was ours an easy completion process (delays and complications largely created by solicitors across the chain), but that was where Aaron really came into his own. We obviously were not his only client, but we were made feel like we were - he worked so hard for us and was tenacious in chasing everything up for us, keeping us informed of what was going on / anything we needed to do, explaining the process, and generally keeping everything moving forward etc. At a very stressful time he was very reassuring.
