Contracts are done on time, communications are straight and to the point, any issues are resolved quickly. Gian is always very helpful, professional and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with.
24th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Terrible experience with this agency. We asked in advance if there was any construction nearby and were told no. Upon arrival, there was major noisy construction preventing us from sleeping and enjoying the terrace. Additionally, several items in the contract were not respected. Once you pay, you hear nothing more. I do not recommend this agency.

They were great from start to finish — always quick to reply, super helpful, and on top of everything. They kept things moving, chased when needed, and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. Really appreciated how responsive and proactive they both were. Would happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling. Thanks again!

From the viewings process through to the final sale Mia was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable, and made sure everyone involved was updated regularly avoiding any delays. The property has presented a number of challenges due to its age, but Alex has always arranged for repairs to be made with regular correspondence along the way. I can trust him to handle matters, and I know issues will get fixed thanks to his persistence.
12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.
20th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)This is a horrible letting agency. They took all of our deposit, the entire two month deposit. £2500 gone. They WILL exploit you. They will take your money. I even paid close to £300 on the professional cleaning service that this good for nothing agency suggested. We paid all of our rents on time, all bills on time. Kept the property like we were living in our own home. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take a house with them i suggest you do not engage with agent called LUKE PEGG. if you are hearing from this man they will be taking your money. I hope this agency goes out of business. No one reads comments but if you are reading this AVOID SAMUEL ESTATE AND LUKE PEGG. Scam, exploitative, unprofessional.

Their marketing is outstanding, and their fees are competitive compared to other agents in the area. Orla and Jasmine were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Although I was purchasing a property not selling, they assisted me with any and all requests I had, including questions I had for my solicitor. As a first time buyer they massively helped me understand the process and no question was a silly question. They were amazing! Namely Lisa and Anisa but the whole team are great and so so eager to help. Great experience!

With no other estate agency would you get such senior members of staff doing the viewings themselves. In the past I’ve had viewings with recent graduates who are new to the market- with Bhoday you are in much safer hands
22nd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I do not think Davenports even deserve a 1 star to be honest. - Terrible communication - Last minute cancellations MULTIPLE times because "the rugby was on" (kick off was at 3pm and viewing was at 10am). The rugby had little to no impact early in the morning. - They then sent a junior who just started who knew nothing about the house or why its for sale. He had 2 months experience. - Tardy and very lacking attitude to their customers. I'm a sales director myself, I would never let my staff run a business like this. Shocking to say the least
