15th May 2026 (10 days ago)11/10 for Natasha at Domus Nova. She worked patiently with me for 2+ months for my international move and rigorous referencing process. She gives NYC hustle vibes...very important when inventory can move quickly. Although she was representing the landlord, I felt just as seen and heard as a tenant and my requests were met with prompt communication despite challenging time zones. Her detail-oriented and kind spirit made me feel so comfortable signing a lease without seeing the flat in person. My lovely home is JUST as a described. The light, the garden...it is all so dreamy. I feel so grateful to have met Natasha and would recommend her to anyone looking to find their next home.

8th May 2026 (17 days ago)I would advise landlords to be very cautious when dealing with this company and not to trust advertisements promising 12 months’ rent paid in advance. They rented my property to an agency that placed three different families in the house. I was charged around £4,500 per year in management fees, yet they did not inspect the property even once during the year. When the tenants left, the property was in a very poor condition, and I had to spend around £10,000 on repairs and refurbishment. After this, the company also sent me an invoice for approximately £11,000, claiming it was for unpaid rent owed by their tenants. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

7th May 2026 (18 days ago)Disappointingly had a very negative experience, unhelpful with maintenance issues, plus had to use the tenancy deposit scheme mediation service to successfully overturn an inaccurate £1k deduction from deposit.
16th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)I lived in my flat for 8 months now and have so far experienced so many issues that their check-in report failed to identify. First day I moved in, the bathtub was clogged, there were underwear stuffed in the drawers, toilet seat cover was cracked. The heater was also broken so had to freeze through December, and they also pointed me to the wrong the electricity meter so I’ve been paying for my neighbour’s electricity. Their property manager is incompetent at best, ignoring emails/calls and just sit there watch you suffer / sort out problems by yourself. Avoid at all cost.

1st May 2026 (24 days ago)I think buying and selling a house is stressful enough, and this is why we loved working with Strickland: Jamie and Terence are two REAL people who REALLY cared and did treat our sale and purchase like what it really meant to us, not just another transaction on their schedule. They have been reasonable (honestly, it may sound like an odd compliment but it’s just so hard to find reasonable people these days!), kind, proactive, an absolute pleasure to work with. I did genuinely trust them and I would do so again with no hesitation. The only issue now is that we’ll need to move again to have an excuse to hang out with them! ??????

11th May 2026 (14 days ago)Selling my house was far from straightforward, but the team handled the entire process brilliantly from start to finish. The property photos looked amazing and really showcased the house at its best. Communication was excellent throughout — they were always easy to get hold of, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. A special shout out to Zoe, who oversaw the whole transaction and was fantastic throughout. She liaised efficiently with solicitors and other agents to keep everything moving smoothly, and her friendly and approachable manner made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. Professional, supportive, and proactive from beginning to end — I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

He and James at the Wallington branch didn't add any pressure and made dealing with estate agents a pleasurable experience with no drama or pressure. Mum bought her flat through Andrews almost 30 years ago and I was happy to deal with them on its sale.

She struck the perfect balance of being professional while still feeling genuinely warm and approachable, never robotic or pushy. From the very start of our search with her it really felt like she cared about helping us find the right place, not just making a sale. She was always open and honest about the properties she showed us, which we really appreciated after some less than great experiences with other estate agents in Bracknell. We’ve genuinely dealt with agents who felt more interested in ticking boxes than actually helping people, so Anisa immediately stood out. A big thank you to Hat & Home, would definitely recommend their services to anyone seeking to buy / sell a property.
