17th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Stayed at 22 the landings for long weekend with family - perfect location, with direct access to lake for paddle boarding and kayaking. Perfect location out of the main strip so ideal for teenagers as everything accessible by walking or bikes. Well equipped property with lots of space and homely amenities. Would definitely revisit.

Unfortunately I guess my property being a “Holiday flat” was not the right time to sell during the Autumn/Winter….. I have now other means of moving to my permanent property and hope to be settled soon…. This property may well be rented till we find out what we will be doing…….

Wainwrights were great and when we found our perfect property they helped everything run so smoothly. A big thank you for all their advice and assistance. Lovely people.

Jamie valued our property £15k higher than any other agent and got us an offer from first time buyers at full asking price in 3 working days. Isobel was excellent at keeping us up to date and making sure the sale was completed before the stamp duty went up.

They had our best interests at heart, kept us updated each step of the way, held out to get us the best possible price for our property and were very professional and friendly. 4th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.

13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)It took a while in what was a rather depressed housing market, but House and Home delivered and found a buyer for our property. The property was a little off the beaten track and part of a managed estate, so it was very definitely a bit of a niche market.<br><br>Ian took on board our thoughts and ideas whilst expertly guiding us if they were a little unrealistic. With that he created a very impressive online brochure. Once sold, it was mainly Clare who kept us in the picture and endeavoured to make sure that all the other agents who were involved were on track. House and Home worked for us and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
