29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)I do not live in the area so I met with a few local agents to decide who I would use to sell a property. Rachel gave a good impression of how I would be treated so I chose her and was not to be disappointed.<br>Despite being far away from the property she kept me connected and delivered the service I hoped for and more.<br>There were a many bumps in the sale process as I am sure regularly happens. Rachel took them in her stride and gave good professional and honest advice. She pushed hard to complete the sale in all ways she could.<br>Even when I ran into issues with the law firms, she took over and communicated with all parties to get the sale over the line.<br>I am very grateful, and I am certain that I chose the correct agency.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend.

25th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.

He was professional, knowledgeable and approachable, taking the time to explain the current market, the marketing strategy and how best to achieve the strongest possible result. We felt confident in his advice from day one and never felt under any pressure. Once the property was on the market, Catherine and Debbie were absolutely brilliant. They kept us updated throughout the entire process, handled viewings and negotiations professionally, and worked tirelessly to keep the sale progressing. Their communication was excellent, and they were always on hand to answer any questions and provide reassurance whenever needed. The whole team at Rendells Totnes made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. Their professionalism, local knowledge and genuine care for their clients really stood out.
