This is the most unethical and rip off maintenance company I have ever come across. Their ridiculously inflated fees, constant charges for letters, lack of flexibility, lack of ANY ACTUAL maintenance, have forced me to start my own maintenance company and all of the residents in the building of flats have verbally agreed to sign a petition replacing them. If I could turn back time I would have never purchased a property that is build on their land. It’s disturbing that they are legally allowed to continue operating.... Read more
