No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

Buying a property can be stressful, but Isaac was always on hand to answer questions, keep me updated, and make sure I understood what was happening at each stage.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the entire process. He even introduced me to a fantastic mortgage advisor, which made a huge difference and helped everything come together smoothly.<br><br>His communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.<br><br>Thanks to Isaac's support and dedication, what could have been a stressful experience felt straightforward and manageable.<br>A massive thank you to Isaac and the team at Keenans Accrington.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! 28th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)Claves have been brilliant I along with my mum where executors to my grandmas will and estate and I had inherited her property which unfortunately I had to end up coming to the decision of selling the property. My mum had read the great reviews online for claves and I must admit at first I was abit hesitant only because it’s a newer company compared to the longer running ones but I was wrong we had multiple letting agents come out before and I didn’t feel like they were a match for us or were valuing the property at a reasonable value it seemed they just wanted it sold as soon as possible however when warren came out from claves we knew instantly this was the company to go with he valued the property at the price we wanted and was confident it would be sold pretty quick and it was as we had an acceptable offer within two weeks of it going up for sale with claves we accepted this and the house has fully been sold and everything completed also the pictures were absolutely brilliant and Marcus was great being in a freezing cold empty property for visits and Lynne was brilliant keeping us always updated and arranging all the documents and everything needed between us and the buyers I really couldn’t recommend them more everyone was always so helpful I will be for sure using claves again in the future<br>Thank you so much to warren, Lynne and Marcus and everyone else at claves !

They kept us updated at every stage and checked in regularly to see if there was anything they could help with. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
