A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Diane carried out property inspections every six months and was always friendly, professional, and approachable. On the rare occasions that I had any issues, she responded quickly and worked with the landlord to get everything resolved as smoothly as possible. The entire process, from moving into the property to moving out, was well organised and fully supported, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and easy. I really appreciated Diane’s helpfulness, clear communication, and genuine care throughout my tenancy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Diane and the letting agency to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive rental experience.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

The Allen & Harris team were so helpful firstly in actually getting my house on the market letting the photographer and the surveyor in to the house when I couldn’t be in Glasgow.<br>Kirsty then handled my viewings and negotiation as well as answering all my questions and being very supportive during the whole process while I navigated a difficult time outside of my house sale.- 30th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Used slater Hogg dennistoun to sell my house. They really pulled it out the bag, Zoe in particular was very knowledgable and helpful throughout. Nothing was a problem and always very accommodating. I’d recommend them, very impressed
