I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.

27th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)First Step used to be the go to agents in the local area, they seemed honest and transparent. From my experience this is a thing of the best with them. There are many agents in the local area now who are much better then First Step, they will look after you and are much more sincere. My advice would be, dont just go with them, give all the others the same opportunity, remember First Step excel in talking the talk, but once your signed in, they dont walk the walk. Think is all I advise anyone.

Jackie provided proactive advice and little touches that helped get an offer and Libby kept the communication going until completion. Happy I went there.

18th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)I recently had the pleasure of selling my home through Ward Estates an independent estate agent in Hertford. They were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that I took up his recommendation. First and foremost they are just lovely people and cannot do enough for you. They are so helpful and professional. I dealt with Nicola and what a breath of fresh air she was. She kept the chain moving, kept me up to date on what was happening and ironed out the problems which inevitably arise during houses moves, straight away without fuss. The biggest accolade I can pay her and Ward Estates generally was when you buyers told me what a lovely helpful girl she was and they wished they had gone with her. From start to finish a thoroughly professional and dress free experience.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

They were by far the best part of the entire process and our only regret is that we didn’t use them to sell our old property! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would highly recommend Kate, Rachael and the rest of the team to anyone looking to instruct conscientious and professional estate agents, both to sell or source properties within Worcestershire. They have a great understanding of the local market and a wealth of experience. I’ll certainly be using them again in the future.
6th May 2024 (13 days ago)Although eventually didn’t buy or rent through Ewe’s, went for a viewing of a property they had managed. Dan Jackson was so helpful and so honest. As first time buyers he also helped us out with questions that had nothing to do with our viewing. Was so refreshing to come across an agent who wasn’t bombarding you with unnecessary information and who generally just wanted to help you out. He also took the time to understand our concerns with the house we viewed and did not rush us around the viewing, which is a what I have found with many agents I have been dealing with. I really have no limit to how much I appreciated dealing with Dan!
