9th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)While the sales patterns convincing, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The main issue was the lack of feedback after viewings. Perhaps others have had a better experience than myself, and I wish the branch well, but I won’t be using them again.

Both were extremely helpful at chasing the relevant parties and making sure the experience was as smooth as possible for everyone.<br><br>Could not recommend them enough, and if I ever decide to sell my lovely place, i know who i’ll be going to!!<br><br>Big thanks to Darren, Scott and the team.

11th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.

Nothing was ever too much, my questions were always answered and explained promptly.<br>A particular shout out to Ben, you went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to pick up the keys on the planned move in date, despite this keeping you up till 23:30 the night before! 9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Excellent service provision by both James and especially Tommy. They were always available and took care of both the seller and buyer (myself). The communication lines were always open and updates were regularly sent to both solicitors involved.<br><br>They really are the very best estate agents in Truro! Hope they expand to cover more parts of the SouthWest area soon.
