I was always kept in the loop about what was happening and emailed confirming any important events - e.g. viewing bookings, offers. I was really impressed with the photographs taken of my house.

Highly recommended, best we have ever used in 50yrs. Anyone selling their home must get a quote.

5th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)We dealt with Richard Towler in respect of the purchase of our property in North Yorkshire. There were significant complications in the purchase which resulted from problems with our sale but Richard was able, through his patient and attentive approach, to keep everyone motivated to conclude the transaction. Whilst he didn't deal with our sale we would certainly use him in the future should we ever decide to sell our property. Although acting for the seller he made sure that we were kept informed about the latest position and was courteous and professional in all of his dealings with us without being intrusive.

This was our first time selling and buying and thus had lots of questions, but no question was too much trouble. They were always available via phone or email. All staff from Craig who came to value the property, to everyone in the office and the staff who came to show us around properties were extremely friendly and professional, and put my nervousness at ease. Highly recommended.

Whether it be over the telephone or in person nothing has been too much trouble. Charlotte was the main person we have been dealing with and we found her to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional at all times. 13th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

Together with Smith and Graham solicitors made selling easy. My property was with Michael Poole for six months getting nowhere and cost me £3k plus to leave empty until I put it on with Progression Properties. Amazing, five stars all day ????
