23rd May 2024 (2 years ago)Bit strange, as my sister applied for a rental property and I was to be the guarantor they denied my application even though my payslips were valid? Stating I earn half the salary I put down? They advised me that home let denied my application but they were Lieing as home let has written it in email stating the above. MILLIE I think her name is the, she has been dealing with me on two occasions and for some reason both applications have been denied and then compulsively Lieing to me and my family. To be honest she’s bad reputation to the company. She doesn’t even know left from right let alone a guarantor. Would not recommend this company at all I don’t know if it’s racial profiling but to be honest it feels like that. Would advise people to stay away!

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

She always kept me informed, took time to explain things and just been so lovely, approachable and supportive. 24th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We viewed a property on December 30 2025 and made an offer the same day. Although the office was closed , the manager rang me from home and we started the process.. Through out the whole journey Marian from the Stockton office was absolutely amazing. She kept in constant touch and nothing was too much trouble for her. She went over and beyond to help us. We shall never forget her professionalism and kind nature.

From marketing our old home to selling it very quickly.<br>Jordan and her colleagues were amazing, keeping us up to date with every step of the process, and we were able to contact them at any time, all questions we asked were answered, nothing was too much trouble. They kept us up to date with every process of the sale.<br>I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property. We could not fault them with anything. Thank you so much to the team, especially Jordan who was so kind and polite.

I've been dealing with two other estate agents recently and Michael Poole Billingham were by 'far and away' the best. Debbie was very friendly and gave us all good support and advice. She communicated with us throughout the process of the sale. I can honestly this has been the best experience I have ever had in selling a house. Michael Poole Billingham and Debbie in particular were exceptional.
9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I was impressed with the initial meeting with Colleen who valued the property. She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

In that time, I have not had a single viewing, but more importantly, there has been zero proactive communication or updates from their team.<br><br>The pattern seems to be: sign the agreement, upload the photos, and then completely forget the client exists. The only time I hear anything is when I make the effort to reach out to them first.<br><br>Selling a home requires active management, continuous feedback on market positioning, and clear updates—none of which I have experienced here. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service.
