15th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Should not be allowed to operate the way that they do, withholding extremely important & legally required to disclose information about the state of a property from potential buyers until a price has already been negotiated. Comes across as completely dishonest and deceitful.
1st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I used john German for a house sale having read the reviews and i'm very glad that i did. The house sold very quickly after over 20 viewings in the first 2 weeks. All dealings have been friendly and professional, i've been kept informed and all emails sent to them have been answered quickly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever.

1st Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)Could of been better advice from the Mortgage Advisor on what my next steps could of been to be a successful first time buyer. Gutted I didn't get the house but it was a long shot. I'd heard about the first time Buyer Scheme and the house I'd always wanted was on the Market. All I say is, do your research and ask the right questions.

20th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
24th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Got my review removed on google because i didn't comment anything which is petty as hell ! so i'll be leaving my comment here with all the legit reviews as they seem to fake and remove any none 5 star reviews from their google account! Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!

Denise, Steph, Ella and Dani were amazing from the start. Always there to answer and help with any questions I had. Seeing as I was selling this property on my own. Can’t thank the team enough! I even remember telling Dani to pour herself a glass of Prosecco one evening for helping me with something I was stuck with! Thank you too all x x

25th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Harvey was looking after our transaction which was a bit more complex than normal transactions. However Harvey provided great support throughout the process and ensured the transaction came to a close with always a positive attitude. Particularly the unbiased support we got from Harvey as buyers towards a short term let due to delays in buying the property was the most helpful. Highly recommend! Thanks Harvey!
