The market is not that fantastic atm, Geoff and Nick guided us through the tough stages with great knowledge and advice. they are local, independent, good value and know exactly what they are doing.<br>I thoroughly recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

30th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)The service and support that we received from Graham and Andrew was smooth and detailed throughout. Their personal, people-centred approach put us at ease and we felt confident that they would do the same for the buyers. Their knowledge of the local market is matched with national coverage via the online selling platforms. We live outside of the UK and they helped with factors that arise in this situation. We sold our house at above the price quoted by other estate agents whilst paying a commission significantly below what their competitors were asking for. All round, a fine experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

His local knowledge of the area was second to none! He is always On the end of the phone to amount concerns or queries I had. Best of all, he sold the house in very quick time. I would thoroughly recommend him.

We agreed terms and conditions, Michael and his team Julie, Anita, Julie and the beautiful puppy Remy were extremely supportive and helpful throughout. Being new to East Sussex they have provided us with lots of useful information and recommendations helping us settle into our new home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael and his team.

13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)We recently sold our bungalow through Bradleys and despite the market slowing down this year through no fault of his or our own, Ian went above and beyond to make sure it sold. He recognised what a beautiful home it was and personally contacted suitable buyers and conducted the viewings to ensure the property was being seen by the right people. Ian always kept us informed with feedback, which ultimately helped us achieve a good sale price. What really stood out was how personalised the whole experience felt. In a world full of apps and emails, Ian kept us updated throughout with regular phone calls and communication. He was always approachable and genuinely cared about helping us through what can otherwise be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of his hard work and for finding a buyer who we know will love the property as much as we did. We would highly recommend Bradleys to anyone looking to buy or sell.

9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would urge prospective buyers to exercise caution when purchasing through Just 4 Bungalows. While we understand an estate agent's primary client is the seller, buyers still deserve basic transparency, proactive communication, and fair treatment, none of which we experienced.<br><br>We had an offer accepted in February on a probate property. After months of chasing for clarity due to contradictory and misinformed updates passed along from the seller's solicitor via the agent, we discovered through our own solicitor in June that the probate application had actually been rejected. A resubmission was required, leaving us facing an indefinite wait with zero clarity on timelines. Throughout this, the agency acted merely as a passive conduit rather than seeking genuine answers, and when we raised concerns about the delays, we were met with dismissiveness and flippantly told we could just pull out.<br><br>After investing months of time and substantial expense as first-time buyers, we ultimately withdrew. We submitted a formal complaint detailing these issues, but management refused to take accountability, brushed off the concerns, and failed to offer even a basic apology for the mishandling of the transaction.<br><br>If you are a buyer, be prepared to do all the chasing yourself, as their loyalties remain strictly with the seller and buyers are not valued.
