14th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Paul Bott is an 'old school' agent who prides himself on providing a high quality personal service, meeting potential buyers himself rather than delegating to the usual bored or over keen teenage recruit you get with most agents.
2nd Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)They have a good knowledge of the area but they have been here a long time. Prompt feedback. Quietly efficient.
6th Jun 2020 (6 years ago)Christian and his team were easy to deal with because they're honest and straightforward people. My property was tenanted when it first went on the market and the (necessary) negative feedback was really important to hear. I felt confident that I could be honest and state my needs clearly when it came to responding to some of the under offers that came through. I'm happy to recommend Hyman Hill as they secured me a buyer who was in turn easy to deal with and who paid exactly what I set out to achieve.
5th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Sam & Hannah have been excellent, they've kept me informed of all viewings and feedback from prospective buyers. It's been a hard sellers market for the last 6 mths, I've had over 30 viewings, which is a credit to Oakley's. Thank you
14th Oct 2018 (8 years ago)You pay money, and are treated like a criminal. No trust, no compassion and poor quality.
18th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)Jack and the team are fantastic, they couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely recommend them whether buying or selling.- 23rd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)The agents were very knowledgeable about the local area and answered all of my questions very quickly.
17th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)An excellent experience. We live 135 miles away from Bognor Regis, so Gilbert and Cleveland looked after my wife's mums flat over the winter until it was sold. Communication was first class. Totally recommended
20th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Never dealt with this company before, but service was excellent, recommended to a friend who was also selling up his rental properties and he also used them, again excellent.

29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I cannot praise Leanne and the team highly enough for the professional, flexible and empathic way in which they arranged the letting for my dad. The entire team worked tirelessly to ensure that the process was smooth and efficient. Thank you everyone, you were all fantastic!
6th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)We cannot recommend Baileys Estate Agent highly enough. All the staff are professional, approachable & very efficient. As owners of holiday lets, Baileys manage the entire process on our behalf brilliantly. They consistently ensure that any issues are dealt with promptly and their attention to detail gives us great confidence that our holiday homes are in good hands. We can’t thank the staff enough for all they do to provide such an excellent service.
