His enthusiasm for trying the different approaches for our unusual house paid off almost immediately and we had more viewings in the first week with Robert Luff than we had had in a total of 9 months with other agents, and have now sold the house. Friendly, pro-active and very can-do - I have pleasure in recommending Jamie and the team unreservedly!

Zoe Woodward was an excellent Sales Progressor who kept me consistently updated throughout the process and was always available to explain each stage clearly. Her communication was outstanding, and she was incredibly proactive in liaising with me, the seller, and the conveyancing solicitors to keep everything moving forward smoothly. Zoe’s professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend Zoe Woodward and Sawyer Estate Agents to anyone looking for a supportive and efficient team.

All the Staff were very professional and we were provided with excellent customer service throughout; Sam deserves special mention. Once we had received an offer we could accept, Donna went way beyond what we could have expected. Our purchase was a private transaction so our seller wasn't using an Estate Agent. Donna effectively covered that base as well and we believe, by keeping things moving with both firms of solicitors, she enabled us to buy the flat of our dreams! We are so thankful and would firmly recommend Maslen!

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

Our chain was quite complex, but Keira handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and constant communication. She really understood how important it was for us to move before our baby arrives and has worked incredibly hard to help make that happen. A big thank you as well to Dan, who managed to secure a buyer for our flat despite a very saturated market. We're so grateful for their support and dedication during what was quite a stressful time. 22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)The worst estate agent I've ever used! I booked a viewing at a property, but when I arrived at the address, the building wasn't there. I spent over 30 minutes looking for it and asking strangers walking by, but no one had ever heard of it! I called the agent, I emailed the agent, and despite all of this, NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO REPLY TO ME! It's been over a week. Don't waste your time with these people!

Managing a sale and a purchase at the same time is incredibly stressful as most will know but Jo our Sales Progressor made the entire process seamless. On the marketing side, Shelley got us our asking price for our property within 2 weeks of being live with plenty of viewings on that first crucial week. The customer care is always first class, very helpful and the communication from them is exactly what you need in an estate agent. This process can be very stressful but they make it so easy.
