15th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)They posted the house and for the 12 weeks we had the house with them we didn’t hear anything back from them, except when we contacted them. We had no weekly updates or advice from them as to why we only had 1 viewing in the 12 weeks.

1st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)The best experience that I have had with a lettings agency. Professional yet friendly. Lisa went above and way beyond the service that I expected. She turned the rental around very quickly and connected me with people in the local area. Helen was also great and stepped in when Lisa was out on a visit. Lisa has followed up with me without having to be chased. Lisa and Helen both explained processes clearly and made me feel comfortable to come back with any questions. First class experience.

It felt like she truly cared about us and the seller and she was always on hand to talk to us when we needed. They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
