15th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)They posted the house and for the 12 weeks we had the house with them we didn’t hear anything back from them, except when we contacted them. We had no weekly updates or advice from them as to why we only had 1 viewing in the 12 weeks.

Neil and Angus were incredibly professional, had great communication and I would definitely recommended and use them personally again in the future.

From start to finish he’s been professional, supportive, approachable and always kept us updated every step of the way. Moving house is stressful, but Andrew made the whole process feel so much easier with his calm manner, excellent communication and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always went above and beyond to help things move along smoothly. We’re so grateful for all his hard work and would highly recommend Andrew and Burnetts Estate Agents to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you again for all your help!

I dealt with Abbie mostly who was absolutely fantastic, was on the ball just as much as me! Which really is something! I want things don’t yesterday in terms of paperwork…. If you’re looking for an agent, I wouldn’t hesitate on using Marcus Grimes. They make the stress of selling up that little bit easier. Thanks Marcus, Abbie and team!!

12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.

The guys at Cubitt and West put together a new plan with a 28 day timescales and followed through on everything! I cannot recommend them high enough! Even though we didn’t buy a house through them in the end, Tara has been constantly on hand to reassure and advise us. Some estate agents seem very jaded and bored, just out for their commission, but we felt like they offered a real personal and human service. They were energetic in their search for us and made us feel like they were personally invested in us finding our forever home. We would recommend them in a heartbeat. Moving house is so stressful but Fermers make it all seem possible. Charlotte and Paul Bazely
