Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

29th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

John and David are both friendly and very professional. All enquiries were dealt with promptly. We would thoroughly recommend using their services.

10th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
7th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars

3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Massive thank you to Clare! Finding a place had been so stressful but as soon as we viewed a property with Clare we felt so comfortable. They were upfront about everything, would take my calls when I was worried things weren't moving along, and they even gave us a little welcoming home gift. One of the only letting agents I would consider using again as they made the experience smooth and less stressful, and they actively took an instrest in what we wanted as renters which was very nice after previous experiences
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)They were handing two properties, one was my late stepdad’s and the other was my mum’s At one stage I was told that it’s not their fault no one wants to buy the bungalow.( this was by the manager) They told me to put the bungalow up for £435,000 but 6/7 months later, they wanted me to put it in auction for £300,000 and when I said absolutely not was asked what my issue was. When I raised concerns, the manager told me that he wouldn’t entertain my complaint. They also put both properties on for those over 60 for half ownership. This was never spoken about to me, I only found this out when I put one of the properties on with a different agent. The flat was sold(agreed sale) in October 25 to September 26 and on the day we were meant to sign, the buyers pulled out. I then received an email about 3 weeks after the sale had fallen through, telling me the sale was no longer going ahead but I had known this on the day it fell through, 3 weeks earlier. When I went to pick the keys up, one of the estate agent’s that had showed the Buyers around in June, told me that the buyers were not to keen back in June, but this was never relayed to me. The Estate agent that showed them around in June also broke the garage door, I asked them to fix it but got no reply.

22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

He guided us through a couple of complicated issues and took control of our furniture removals when there was a problem with the date. He was always upbeat and assured us that everything would work out and it did.
