3rd Sep 2019 (7 years ago)After going to multiple estate agents, we finally found luck with The Property Shop, Spoke to Lisel in there. Helped us out hugely with finding a flat suitable for us. Covered all our needs and any questions were soon answered, would highly recommend. Thanks for the help!

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of selling my house through Marcus Grimes.<br><br>I wanted to take the time to point out how conscientous and supportive they were throughout the whole procedure.<br><br>Abigail conducted my sale and did so with the utmost professionalism, leaving me reassured throughout the process.<br>She ensured communication between all parties was as constant as possible, and chased people where necessary on my behalf.<br><br>Special mention to the friendly chap on the phones who also sorted some elements out for me swiftly in her absence.<br><br>The team has a real local and friendly feel that you don't often experience with estate agents these days.<br><br>Highly recommend.

Having used them to successfully buy/sell on four occasions we are always impressed by their professionalism, the ability to communicate not only with us but also throughout the chain and to keep us updated at every stage. We will always recommend them as the best estate agents in the area!
10th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
7th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars

27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I was locked out and was told an engineer would be with me shortly due to the urgency. 3 hours later no engineer, rang back and was told that the reception service couldn't help me only log tickets on the CRM but agents should be monitoring.No agent contacted me. If it was up to ewemove I would have slept outside.

I had been looking for over 3 years for the right property in Lewes and having met and had dealings with most of the other local Estate Agents I can say that my relationship with Lewes Estates was one of the best. They were always friendly, pro-active and professional in dealing with my enquiries and kept me fully updated throughout the process.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
