Lorraine showed as round and we instantly fell in love with the property, we then went on to have our offer accepted. Communication so far has been excellent!- 28th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Impressed with the energy and enthusiasm from the moment we met Cailean, Matt and Maddie. It really felt like we were on the house selling journey with “friends” who really cared. This continued with Tamsin who was brilliant with sales progression through to the end The whole team went above and beyond. We felt reassured and supported throughout and would definitely recommend. They deal with any tenant enquiries promptly, arrange repairs when needed, and keep me informed without involving me in every little issue. It means I can have complete confidence that everything is being looked after while my own involvement is kept to a minimum.<br><br>One thing I really value is how knowledgeable they are. They always keep me up to date with changes in property legislation and government requirements, making sure my property remains fully compliant. They also keep my tenant informed, which helps everything run smoothly.<br><br>The regular property inspections and detailed reports give me real peace of mind. If any maintenance is needed, they let me know with clear recommendations, and the monthly statements are always accurate and easy to understand.<br><br>Their tenant selection process has been excellent too. They found me a fantastic tenant, and I’ve had no problems at all. They also advised me on increasing the rent to a fair market level, achieving the best return for my property while ensuring my tenant remained happy.<br><br>What I appreciate most is the peace of mind they provide. 10th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
12th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.

17th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)EweMove staff recently sold our flat and it turned out to be a long process, because our first buyers dropped out when we were almost at the completion stage. Because it was then August we decided to rent the flat out for 6 months and put it back up for sale. Not only did the staff find us a suitable and reliable short term tenant within a few days, but another buyer, who had viewed our flat previously and was still interested in buying it. Every step of the process was handled efficiently and the staff were always supportive, very knowledgeable and helpful. When we first met Neil at EweMove he promised us a personal service and they didn’t fail to deliver on this promise. Would highly recommend EweMove.

I had been looking for over 3 years for the right property in Lewes and having met and had dealings with most of the other local Estate Agents I can say that my relationship with Lewes Estates was one of the best. They were always friendly, pro-active and professional in dealing with my enquiries and kept me fully updated throughout the process.
