6th Jun 2020 (6 years ago)Christian and his team were easy to deal with because they're honest and straightforward people. My property was tenanted when it first went on the market and the (necessary) negative feedback was really important to hear. I felt confident that I could be honest and state my needs clearly when it came to responding to some of the under offers that came through. I'm happy to recommend Hyman Hill as they secured me a buyer who was in turn easy to deal with and who paid exactly what I set out to achieve.
30th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)The service and support that we received from Graham and Andrew was smooth and detailed throughout. Their personal, people-centred approach put us at ease and we felt confident that they would do the same for the buyers. Their knowledge of the local market is matched with national coverage via the online selling platforms. We live outside of the UK and they helped with factors that arise in this situation. We sold our house at above the price quoted by other estate agents whilst paying a commission significantly below what their competitors were asking for. 27th May 2024 (2 years ago)I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. The price we were valued at was also well above the price we sold for, but as I said finding a buyer was the main thing!
9th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had to contact them several times for feed back and information, having to go into the branch a few times. They appeared to put the property on Rightmove and sit back and wait.

To sum them up very unprofessional,rude,incompetent and would recommend not using this company AVOID and carry on with you day
