   I honestly can’t thank Antoinne Drummond at the Sydenham branch enough for all his help in finding our new home.<br><br>From the very beginning, Antoinne was so friendly, helpful and genuinely supportive. His communication was brilliant throughout , he always kept us updated, answered our questions and made what could have been a really stressful process feel so much easier.<br>What really stood out to me was how much he cared about helping us find the right home for our family.    Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.... Read more
