19th Sep 2024 (14 days ago)Extremely Disappointing Property Management Street Ahead claims to have 30+ years of experience, but their property management service is terrible. We reported a malfunctioning dishwasher on 30th May, and it's been almost four months with no action. Despite numerous follow-ups, all we receive are automated emails asking if the issue has been resolved, but no one has been sent to inspect or repair it. It's frustrating, and their property management team seems non-existent. Avoid them if you expect professional service or timely repairs!

We were always kept up to date with any developments from offer through to exchange and completion. When things were stalling, Felix stepped in to move things forward and acted as an extremely helpful go-between for us and the sellers. I'd recommend Conran and Felix to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
18th Sep 2024 (15 days ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

The staff, (Omar in particular) were informative, professional and spared no efforts in ensuring that the needs of the landlord and renter were met. Omar and team, with their wonderful personalities also managed to transform something quite transactional in nature (renting a home) into an experience where I truly felt that my needs (and those of my family) were put above all else. A wonderful experience renting with Next Door Properties and without doubt the best customer service i have experienced during my time in the U.K.
