He made himself available whenever I needed and did everything he could to make the whole process seamless for us, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Chris if you are selling a property.

I’ve been fortunate to have Lauren as my tenancy manager, and I cannot speak highly enough of her or the outstanding job she has done managing my property. Throughout an incredibly stressful experience with a very difficult tenant, Lauren was nothing short of exceptional. Her professionalism, calm manner, and complete transparency were exactly what I needed during such a challenging time. Lauren consistently provided clear facts, sound advice, and honest updates - never sugarcoating the situation but always ensuring I felt informed and supported. Thanks to her expertise and persistence, she resolved the issue successfully and saved me from having to pursue a legal eviction — something I’m endlessly grateful for. 31st Oct 2025 (17 days ago)It’s not a good idea to use or engage with this company they are crooks and opportunists, I wanted a valuation for my property as I’m looking to sell, they sent a chubby guy called Ben to do the valuation who offered me £600,000 for a house that on the lowest price is worth £800,000 when I told told him no chance in a million years he then offered me £700,000. I told him I have had 5 estate agents round already and none of them have offered me such a low ridiculous price and that his offer was the lowest. This is a guy that represents Dexters Estate Agents, I’m not sure if it’s because he saw me a black man and thought I was desperate for money that he could offer me that silly price or if he is just an unjust character to offer me £200,000 less than the going rate either way I would advise whoever reads this not to even waste your time with this company especially if your part of the Ethnic minority in this country but even if your not don’t waste your time. This company is not here to help you they are very dishonest. If I was someone who had no knowledge of this industry they would of bought the house off me and made £200,000 - £300,000 profit which is an estimated 33% - 50% gain off my misfortune. Don trust them.

They kept me up to date and informed every step of the way and when things were slow he helped drive it forward by communicating with all parties involved. Thoroughly recommend this estate agents.

Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places.
