Brilliant service - Brenden is a consummate professional and works well for both seller and buyer (I am a buyer)
I am renting a property with Acorn and have received nothing but poor service. When paying the deposit I was assured all work would be carried out that was required (loose floor boards, vomit and faeces on walls, severe mould and damp problem) before the moving date, this date came and went with no keys forcing us to stay in hotels until they finally handed over the keys.
We got into the flat and nothing had been done ,not even cleaned professionally despite being part of the fees they charge. After this the flat flooded due to a neighbour leaving taps on, and it's taken 6months for the work to be carried out to fix the damage to the bedroom.
The agency are very poor at replying to emails just get passed between people and have been unprofessional from the start.
Finding a new home is one of the most stressful and challenging things in life. However, PROCTORS made this as easy as possible for me. I feel incredibly lucky that Steve Hayler was the amazing person who helped me out - he was extremely professional, straightforward and genuinely helpful - he actually wanted to help me find the right fit and not just push me to go for the first place I saw. Steve was just a star - he answered all my questions (which were about a million!) and discussed all the nitty-gritty contract details until I was fully comfortable with everything. Steve also provided plenty of support and just general advice around the whole process and inspired me to look at things from a different perspective. To me, Proctors and Steve in particular, should be the role-models of the industry.
We were interested in a property, saw it twice. We needed to know how flexible the landlord was re moving in date. We knew it was on with another agent but assumed there would be some exchange of info. For two weeks proctors were unable to get in touch with the landlord. Eventually i rang the other agents who said that they had just carried out references and the property was now let.
The real problem was that proctors never bothered to find out what was happening re the other agent. They knew we were seriously interested but still didnt bother to find out what was happening and they never let us know that the property was now let. Completely lacking in proaction.

Fantastic service from start to finish! The whole team were on hand to make the process hassle free and easy. A professional yet friendly approach to every question we had which made the experience of moving into myself and my partner's first home stress free and exciting! From viewings, to offering, to paperwork, it was all seamless. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
Don't bother with KFH. They really don't act in the best interest of the vendor. There are far better estate agents in the borough.
The staff are very kind and the services put you at ease. I believe they create a calm atmosphere for a process, which is often quite complicated. Special gratitude needs to be given to Marta who has helped me throughout the entire process as she has made sure that the tenant's desires are prioritised and placed in equal status with all the other important aspects in making the tenancy agreement. I would definitely want to work with them again.
