7th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)The property was previously on the market with a different estate agent but no offers were received. After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

Tommy has been absolutely amazing from start to finish — always professional, friendly, helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole process. He genuinely went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>Bethan has also been fantastic and has been so helpful throughout. They’ve both been a pleasure to deal with and have made what can be a stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work and support — it’s very much appreciated! ?

He was proactive throughout the sale process and responded quickly when needed. Would highly recommend him and his team for their professionalism and knowledge.

7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Not happy at all with the service at all I’d made an offer to view a property I was the first person to enquire about it. I then had a phone call on the day of the viewing 2 hours before to say the landlord hadn’t given the keys yet so they would let me know by 12 on that day to say if it’s being rescheduled or not. I had no phone call I had to phone 3 times to get hold of them until eventually answered at 11:59 and said it had to be cancelled bare in mind my viewing was at 1pm that day I’d been told I’d be contacted to view the property and I’d be first in line. I’d not heard anything for a day or so so in total I’d called 15 times over the last 6 days with no answer at all to find out today when they’d finally answered the phone the property has been given to someone else. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that I had to call and find out myself and the women on the phone said all I can do is apologise when I’d stated an apology isn’t going to get me the viewing for the house? I’m not happy with this and I will be taking it further as I even mentioned on the phone when she’d cancelled that I’d accept it without a viewing.- 23rd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Absolutely brilliant, polite helpful and went the extra mile to assist, I live away from the sale and the Team at Chris Davies have helped with access for contractors etc. and have kept me well informed. Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????

From the very beginning, Vicky was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful, keeping us updated throughout the whole process and always being available if we had any questions.<br><br>Our property sold on the first viewing, which we were obviously delighted with! The whole process was handled smoothly and communication was great from start to finish.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily recommend Blackbear to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Perhaps they wanted an "easier" option than a non standard locally based applicant.<br>However, MGY has a wonderful employee called Sarah, who helped from start to finish with exemplary friendliness and professionalism.<br>Thank you for helping our family, we appreciate your kindness and consideration.- 8th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Very rude and ableist staff! Spoke to a very disrespectful girl that scolded my partially sighted partner for making a mistake on a form! As she clearly wasnt brought up properly i feel she needs to have some training EDL as soon as possible!!
