5th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We worked with Paul Davies initially to discuss marketing our bungalow. He was friendly, professional and helpful and we quickly agreed the right price to market our property. We sold within a month of the bungalow being advertised thanks to the efforts of Paul and his colleague Jeff Hopkins. The experience and local knowledge of the staff at Jeffrey Ross resulted in a quick sale for us. Very pleased!
7th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)The property was previously on the market with a different estate agent but no offers were received. After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)I can’t recommend Harris & Birt enough. I bought a house through them and at no fault of theirs the process took a long time due to broken chains but they were always great to work with. Ellie especially always kept me well informed and was always chasing the chain to keep the process moving. I actually spoke to Ellie more than my own agent through out it all so a special thank you to her for always being so efficient, professional and calm when I was feeling far from it! They will be my first choice in the future if we ever decide to move again.

He was proactive throughout the sale process and responded quickly when needed. Would highly recommend him and his team for their professionalism and knowledge.
