5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We worked with Paul Davies initially to discuss marketing our bungalow. He was friendly, professional and helpful and we quickly agreed the right price to market our property. We sold within a month of the bungalow being advertised thanks to the efforts of Paul and his colleague Jeff Hopkins. The experience and local knowledge of the staff at Jeffrey Ross resulted in a quick sale for us. Very pleased!
7th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)The property was previously on the market with a different estate agent but no offers were received. After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

Sarah and Maddison were excellent throughout. They were always friendly, professional and quick to respond, and made the whole process straightforward from start to finish. Communication was excellent and I was always kept informed whenever anything needed to be arranged. A big thank you to Sarah, Maddison and the rest of the team for all their help. I would happily recommend Chris Davies to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

He was proactive throughout the sale process and responded quickly when needed. Would highly recommend him and his team for their professionalism and knowledge.

Bob was fantastic throughout the entire process and I can’t recommend Brighter Moves highly enough. His local knowledge and personable approach were second to none. Even after completion, he continued to be helpful and supportive which really set him apart. An excellent service from start to finish.

After viewing the property I made an offer and with some gentle negotiation, had my offer accepted ??????. Allen and Harris always return calls asap when required so I'm not left in the dark.
