21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)If possible, I would not even award them 1 star. Absolutely horrendous service when requesting information or updates about the sale of our late parents home. Numerous failed call returns, no response to emails, rude comments towards my grieving sister when they thought the phone call had ended, obnoxious attitude to our solicitor in the last days of the process when requesting costings for their "services". It is troubling to have to pay them a lot of money for very little in return!
4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Kate, Branch Manager is amazing. The whole team is so helpful.<br>Kate has not only sold my property and given me so much advice in order to get the best price. She also advised and sold my Mams property. Both properties she had sold within the week. She also took care of my daughter and helped her get on the property ladder to buy her first home. She has went above and beyond. Her friendly down to earth nature alongside her knowledge of the area and sector is outstanding. It’s very rare these days you get the professional high standards and genuine passion for the job in a whole team. I would 100% recommend Kate and her team and wouldn’t go anywhere else if I was to sell or buy again! Special mention also to Demi who stayed late on night to update me when I was stressing. They take the stress out of moving away! ??

Despite not being our estate agent, Danielle was excellent at ensuring I was updated, answering any questions I had, and keeping the whole process moving. Danielle always responded promptly, was extremely polite, professional and friendly, and in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. I would recommend Danielle at Brunton Residential for anyone who wants to buy/sell a property.

All of the staff in the office were efficient on the telephone and kept us updated on the sale. All calls were answered promptly and returned within the agreed timescales.<br>Huge thanks to Julie and the team to make the sale of the house as smooth as possible and keeping us updated when there were delays.

21st Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Jools was so helpful, she knew everything about the area, she took the most amazing pictures and marketed the house in a way that almost made me want to buy it! From knowing about the benefits of the kind of windows we had to knowing the direction the garden and the way lighting would change through the day. Everything! You'd think it was her house the way she spoke about it. She was amazing. And on top of all that, the most genuinely nice and helpful person. I couldn't have wished for anyone nicer to help us with the sale. We had previously spoken to other estate agents but Jools just put us totally at ease and made it so much less stressful than we ever thought it could be. I can't thank her and her team enough!

Both buying and selling allowed easy and continuous communication where we were always kept in the loop. A WhatsApp chat was started as soon as we decided to sell our home and it allowed us to always pop in any messages that would come to mind and get a very quick response.<br>We would hands down use Ewemove again because of the service Johnny provided and would recommend to anyone.<br>Thank you!

17th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Unprofessional and dishonest agent who refused and delayed repairs until the tenancy was over. Then attempted to charge more than the deposit to repaint the walls and conduct repairs while not providing evidence. Had to go through the deposit dispute process to recover my deposit. Massive waste of time for any renters, avoid at all costs.
